This is the "FIRST" african american that is articulate, clean, inteligent. Every one else is an IDIOT.Personally I don't believe so, buy Joe Biden, Obama's running mate is sure about that. What a team!!!!!
Cool Aid? You mean Kool-Aid. Obviously you listen to talk radio. Neither Obama nor McCain have shown me a plan to upright my country. Worse, most people tell me that voting for Bob Barr is a vote for Obama. My vote for Barr is my vote for Barr. Obama and McCain will be in the White House, I know, but, I will not have regrets
Thanks for a much needed dose of true objectivity. You are brutally honest in your representation of independant thought, or as it should be, looking at the facts, and voting on your convictions. That is actually, imo, what our forefathers envisioned when they set up our democracy.
They are all politicians. Politicians are all corrupt no matter what party they are from. They want to come to power no matter what. Democracy is becoming a joke. Only god knows how the word is going to shape up this century.
It confuses me how it seems that Barack Obama really did get a free ride w/ the Press on this and many other occasions.
People say that his biggest asset is his charisma...but if it's juts someone elses speech......i dunno.
This destroyed Biden's campaign in '88 and as life-long Biden supporter I find this ridiculous that an action that was even worse than Biden's was literally overlooked by the press and by the nation...
I support Obama now that he's y party's nominee but..seriously...
Dude. You didn't even spell his name properly. "Barack" has one N, not two. And your attempt to analogise this with Joe Biden in 1988 is lame. Have a nice cup of FAIL.
Deval Patrick makes it very clear that Obama's use of two words--"Just Words"--was approved by him in advance of Obama's speech. No word yet on Hillary's or McCain's use of "Fired Up, Ready to Go!," or most presidential candidates' adaptation of Obama's theme of change.
When Hillary and Barack reprise eachother's slogans, the crowd knows they're doing it and it's a common rhetorical tactic. Lifting lines from an obscure speech from a different election without attribution defrauds the audience.
Hillary's running on more than words and she can back her's up with a track record.
Hillary or McCain are not part of my opinion. Of the three, only one seems to have the acumen to run my coutry. Senator Flim Flam does not. He is a con artist.
IT'S is plagiarism even if his friend sad he can use his speech.Hillary use two words from obama(NOT A HOLE SPEECH).I feel sorry for the people that voted for him
I've been saying it all along! Not of the governor, I guess that is not the only leader Obama has plagiarized. Yes, that "Yes we can! Si se puede" everyone is chanting about, and that "CHANGE" speeches, I recognized so many words of a loved Mexican PAN candidate from 1988 (Maquío...si se puede!). Lies hide until the truth comes out.
For truth and substance, not candy-coated bullshit RON PAUL 2008.
While I agree this was not one of his finer moments the originator of the 'Just Words' speech suggested he use that in his own speech. It isn't plagiarism if you have permission but I can see it was deceptive in that he didn't mention Deval as he inserted this into his speech. However this one mistake doesn't make Hillary or McCain a better candidate in my opinion.

The Flim Flam man should withdraw. The press is giving him a pass. Why?

WTF Obama? Why did you steal those lines from that "words" speech?
If your whole candidacy is about words, those words should be your own.
That's what I think.
