@p1nakitto The video you watched was on our agricultural project, which was designed to increase food security for returning refugees. So I would not say this is "health promotion" but rather food security. Yes, it is a bottom-up approach to development. We partner with nationals on the ground, at their request. They lead the design and implementation of the project, which is indeed a 'bottom-up' approach to development.
