you have to intercepte GS from below, not from above de GS. anyway, nice video

you are on landing config too early. of coz there's no standard protocol, but normally Pilot set landing config crossing about 1500fts. it is too ensure smooth flow of the traffic.

i forgot to mention ( sorry if i seemed too much critic) that was a really nice landing, you did an awesome job of resisting not to pull up on the stick before the 20 - 30 feet mark, and also a really nice job of keeping the aircraft tightly on the glidepath.

configurations can go as far as FAF if ATC requires a fast approach or as far back as IAF if traffic is a factor. :-D

I hope you are right, sir. My father flys the A320 and I've heard him to say: "You"ve configured a bit early" when he teaches pilots in the simulator but i suppose it's because the failure that have occured during the simulation.

Great manual approach! But you need to think of the flaps, you shouldnt set full flaps before at 1000-1500ft also when on base you should have on flaps 1. And when approaching don't use spoilers before arming at 500ft

Is this the IAE Version ? It has some problems with the FADEC System, is that the reason for you manual landing?

a well performed manual landing, well done! stayed right on glideslope and on the localizer and your flare was perfect. Excellent. my only remark is that you adjusted full flaps a bit late... but for this approach it's acceptable.
