Edificios mal construidos, autoridades con reacción tardía, una alerta de tsunami que no se dió, eso sin considerar el informe del geologo que pronosticaba un terremoto grado 8.8 para este año en concepción seguido de 3 tsunamis... Creo que el hombre tiene que ver en el descuido y relajamiento para un país sísmico.

@maldito1012 no le pongas, Chile debe ser uno de los paises mas preparados del mundo para terremotos, particularmente por la excelente calidad de la construccion antisismica. Quedo demostrado el 27 de F, o sino tendriamos cientos de miles de muertos.

Los carteles en inglés fue porque el maremoto cruzó tres veces el Pacífico y dejó la kgda en Hawai y Japón by the way en Isla de Pascua botó todos los moais del Ahu Orongo me parece. Fue un cataclismo que movió el eje de la tierra en 2º y el continente bajó en algunos lugare un metro y medio.
