this is a states rights 10th amendment issue, they should have a military tribunal not civil trials that should be only for american citizens not combatants of war. our federal gov is so out of control, what is wrong with having it in washington if they want a civil trial. this is what you get in new york or any other states when the federal gov will shove anything down your throat. the people had better return to what the constitution says instead of discarding it for washingtons agendas

You idoits this should be tried in a military courtroom not a civil trial in new york..if you had any brain you would know that this was a war crime and by bringing ksm to a civilian court he will be seen as a martyr and will create more hatred for america with more attacks..why are liberals such friggin idiots....

The speaker/protester is either a brain washed zombie or is part of the cover up. A trial has a good chance of revealing the truth about 911...
