There are good groups that sound relatively modern; you chose someone who just was bad at singing. I have nothing against new music; just the bad singers and hacks. It is just that there aren't those good modern-sounding singers in the Melodi Grand Prix.

2. No difference. The woman who represented Norway in 2006 can be considered beautiful. That is subjective; who are you to say that Norwegians don't consider that 2006 winner beautiful? Did you do research? You have to stop making up excuses and start checking up some facts.

I actually think Norway could win with Ándagassii. It has a Eurovision-type style, and everything else pretty much sounded the same. Plus if you look at last year; the winner wasn't someone who sang in English, but someone who sang in her own countries language and she didn't even have to make a show about it. Not that that makes a winner or looser, but Out of all the songs Anna-Mari's song is probably the most "cultured" song (for lack of a better term). Torstein Sødal song was amazing too.

omg that was a god joke, if u listen to the last year winner you see that its a pretty nice ballade, but cant say the same on andagassi. It will only hear wierd in europ, like it does for me. King of trolls is the only song who can make a high place in the international final. Maybe veronica akselsen can make it but i think here song is to annonym to make the europeian public wanna vote for it.

Only two songs I like. "Hold on be strong" (the best for me) and sillicon valley. The king of trolls is similar to sweeden 2000.

yee thats true i remember the sweedish sames/indians but back then the mgp final was with the best vocal preformance. And i think the sweedish was before their time with the song. Eurovision wasnt ready. Its like when wigwam song their song and lordi came the year after. Not the same actually but in some prospects u can say they made the way easyer for lordi. Wigwam i think should have won.

there is only 2 songs from norway with the mystic rythm or somthing mystic about them and thats maria haukås and king of trolls if the have god costumes and have a catchy stage show. i hope u read what i posted a bit longer down to. Lene alexandras song doesnt have the mystic effect as the winners need to have. In norway she as a person have it becouse shes known.

it isnt anything catching to make people kerious about lenes song thats why, but on a ipod its a nice song to train. But have she song a other song with a rythm she would without question been one of the favorites in the international esc final. Its not becouse i dont like here music, becouse i do. But this song is to annonym to get many votes in esc final.

2001 the son "everbody" is a chatchy song with a rythm who catch the people, 2002 latvia has also a catching rythm 2003 song cant be in a less situation becouse thats nearly only rythm + a bit vocal, the 2004 song says it self when they sing about rythm, 2005 isnt bad singing and it got the mystic rythm. 2006 lordi wins becouse they where different and the song and their costume catch the public. 2007 this is typical balade with the mystic rythm.

But that isnt in lene alexandras song. The only two songs i think can make it trogh the semifinal is maria haukås and if king of trolls have a catching costume and dance they have a chanche to. In norway she is hot to look on and she is a glam and well known but that she isnt in europ.

i disagree with u and agree a bit with nikkel. But the song is ok, but it will fall out easy in europ. It isnt a real song. If u hadnt noticed no songs like that have ever made it through before, and with a bader singing voice it will go out. But i like the song, but not for mgp. I have the song on my i pod.
