in fact, you get 5 assault points ( or maybe CQB points, i really dont know anymore ) , for shooting through objects, check the A.C.E.S. rewards system, it says so :D
I know you get A.C.E.S. for shooting trough the wall, assault A.C.E.S., to be precise, but not trough all those racks and the wall together, that's like not really how the game is being played.

Yes Thats True but hes shooting Through 1 Inch wide wood And cardboard boxes i think i bullet can get through those.
