HAHAHA HOW WEAK!!! He stopped the video short so no one would see the game challenge him to try the harder difficulty level!!! The game won't show you any of the characters endings unless the difficulty setting is higher than 4. It's so obvious he had it on the easiest setting, one fierce kick or punch and a quarter of his opponents health is gone. You can also do all these moves along with many other game options with a Game Genie, no need to hack a Super Nintendo.

BTW, there were way better hacked ROMS for the arcade consoles. "Street Fighter Turbo" was the shit (the Taiwanese hacked ROM with the yellow sign, NOT the crappy Capcom official release). Double helix fireball, spinning pile drivers out of thin air, re-dizzying jab chains, you name it. Hell, even Chun Li could spit a fireball while using lightning legs.

It's definitely distorted, but some of it has to do with the way japanese sound their vowels as opposed to how they're pronounced in English. Generally, the 'u' sound at the end of most syllables would generally be more subtle, almost silent. I also made a mistake, there are two u's in senpuu, which basically means to elongate the sound.

So if you think about it: Tats mak senpuu kyak sounds roughly what he is saying. Again, it's sort of distorted, but not as bad as it might seem.
