alpha liopic acid 900 mg a day best supplement for the liver and 3000 mg. of vitamin C , no soft drinks , no juck food and your diet must be close to vegeterian ,,, eat only 20% meet ... no salt , no chinese food..protein is very hard on your kidneys ..... kidneys control your high blood pressure ...love your kidneys ...drink 3 litres of filter water and water with fresh lime or lemon a day also ginger tea is good for kidneys . and no sugar or artificial sweetner they are hard on your liver .
I never had to under go dialysis, however I just try to watch with what I eat and the type's of exercises, because still struggling to my weight since age 10 and living on what equal's to one kidney since age 5, has it's challenges and limitations on what I know what I can and can not do. So far, I can't complain at least i'm still breathing and doing just about everything that any regular person can do in their daily lives.
I'm very blessed that my Kidney's are working. Although, I did come very close to being on dialysis as a child and teen. However, I have beaten the odds and still very healthy so far. For those who do have those conditions, my prayers a for you.
I never done dialysis, because with the way my body works by making sure I'm drinking enough water everyday and eating a balanced diet, which also include's exercise like Plates which is very beneficial to all fitness level's and age range's.
I usually do a balanced diet, but I just have to eat in smaller portions, because not only am I living on one kidney, I've also been struggling with weight problems and that's the reason why I have to watch, not just what I eat, how I eat as well.
