Cool as heck! Been wanting to do something similar (bass), but I've never gotten around to it.
I have all the necessary woodworking chops except for the fretboard radius. How on earth do you get that done and have it be consistent? Pre-contoured sanding block? Routing jig with many, many stops? And what would be the correct grain direction?
Nice guitar now you have your own original design. I wont be suprised if a saw one of this baby with your name on it on a music shop. Nice color too....
Yep, it 's neck thru design ! About extra jumbo frets, I been a Gibson user since very long time, so they' re just a bit larger , and that's what I was looking for, because when I'm playing fast or weird heavy riffs, it helps me being more accurate. The only problem could be the pain in your wrist when you' re not used to them, but it's just a matter of time before you' re addicted to them :-) wow, hope I wasn' t too long and that it answers to your questions, thanx for visiting and commenting !

Thanks, I'm this close to re-fretting one of my guitars with jumbo frets too, it has a gibson-scale so I think it would be nice.
