GTA 4 is not GPU heavy. To play it very good you need a very good CPU. And there is cards that can play it over 60 fps. Like the 5970.

with this card I play dirt 2 with 40-50 fps but when I try to record it, it drops down to 20 fps. How do I solve this?

@DonkeyBonrProduction We're almost at the point in graphics where crossfiring 2 of the 5870's will be good enough for 10 years. I do not see any reason anymore to get more than 2 of these cards.
