The graphics, controls and handling are somewhat better than the earlier WoS series. But it's damn boring in gameplay when compared to them.

It works with steering wheel, but is laggy and annoying at times as it "lags" in a weird way when doing turns.

I drive in first person view all the time for real simulation, have no problems parking perfectly all the time by just using the left mirror after doing 1 turn of lining up the rig for reverse delivery.

Gets boring after a while, all the streets and cities looks the same. Fun if you like trucks and long driving.

Has MUCH better graphics than the 18 wheels of steel series.

most likely your video card. either needs to be updated or you need a new video card. I recommend any of the 8800 series such as the 8800 GTS (640 mb), 8800 GT, 8800 GTX or the 8800 Ultra. Don't be cheap these cards will last you years and years of gaming.

Demos don't normally run slow. A demo is a preview of the game/program, where options are limited. Like little area to explore and few vehicles to drive. A demo is for customers so they can try the game/program before they buy it, and it runs with normal fps. But maybe you are right when it comes to that ETS have done so that you "can't" play the demo right, buts that very stupid. And you are accusing me to be a retard!? Maybe you should learn about the world of software.

Okay, im sorry I was harsh. Also, in this demo, you get everything, just a 1hr time limit. The reason I said that is becuase I played a demo of another truck game, and it was really laggy, and I absolutely know a nvidia 9500 and a quad core extreme windows vista pro dell will run that game. Lol

OS doesnt make a huge difference so long as it will run the software it wont affect speed that much with this rather little time game. Probably just that his GFX card can't handle the video output to monitor at whatever resolution and the video to HDD. and demos dont lagg anymore than the real thing. if anything it would/should run better because of being a smaller file size and therefore more of the game being able to be loaded into ram at once and therefore less need to access the HDD.

Uh, no you cant. what you could do is use sequential mode and shift up that way (as the truck i'm driving at the moment has 14 gears!!)

The clutch is inoperable, but you could always "pretend" to use it :)

Poland, Germany, Czech rep., Austria, Switzerland, Italy, France, Spain and Portugal are the all the countries. However the countries dont have many cities (if you can call them that).

From what I can gather, (the U.K hasn't got the game yet so don't take this as gospel) The only trucks in at the moment are Scania, Volvo, Renualt and Merc. Although I beleive that SCS are working on an expansion Pack for ETS so maybe they'll have Dafs and M.A.Ns on there, And how about 6x2s too.

Not sure what you mean by large lorrys. They're all artics so they're pretty large anyway, unless you mean Heavy Haulage in which case I don't think so no. I don't think the UK is going to be the game when released but apparently there will be the UK on the expansion pack, That's what I've read anyway. I live in Cardiff so haven't seen the game yet have to wait til' september to get my hands on it
