The Riu hotel is ok and I appreciated they sending stuff to clean the beach every day. What I DID NOT like to see ATV driving in the beach and horse droppings here and there. The beach is not for that kind of contamination.

i went to riu in costa rica and it was the best vacation ever,i had a blast,plus the cake they show is delicious,one side chocolate and the other marshmellow,and it was all inclusive,BEST VACATION EVER!!!

The only downer is, everyone's got the same idea. We all travel thousands of miles just to watch TV and check in to somewhere with all the comforts of home, and you gotta ask yourself, what is the point of that?

@rapist41 You sound like a boring ass person and you are so mistaken! No one watches T.V. maybe at night before they go to bed. This resort is way more comforting than home. It is an all inclusive resort with high quality service. The beach is full of tour guides to take you snorkling, ATV riding, horseback riding, Zip-Lining through the Rain Forest Canopy, Volcanic Tours, mud bath/ natural hot springs tours, River tours (to feed the Crocodiles and white-faced monkies), white water raffting

jet skiiing, water slides,... and I am sure that there are even more activities available from the Tour guides! The prices are not bad either. I did the ATV ride for 2 hours for only $60!!! Well worth it, being able to view the beautiful Costa Rican landscapes, ride across the different terrains, ride with a group of 7 other people all on ATVs, riding through puddles of pudding water at full speed and having it splash all over your face and body! Absolutely Amazing!

Very nice accommodation and ambiance of hotel.

You can see clean and beautiful pool where you can see also the tourists having fun

@kinkykianna rooms have mini fridge, but no microwave, and no coffee maker. We just returned from there 1 week ago...

Im from Costa Rica and went to tell people that this hotel has been questioned for many enviormental crimes like destroying the mangrooves, the forest and the coral reefs, so i recommend going to other places that are indeed eco friendly. Just look at the video were the hotel is there should be mountains like all of its surroundings, that plain was done by destroying the mountain.
