Germans are an excellent intermediate step towards planche pushups as the degree of leg swing that you use can be adjusted to suit your current level of strength. If planche pushups are completely out of your reach; swing the legs up quite vigorously. If you have nearly developed enough strength to make a serious run at planche pushups; swing only hard enough to complete each rep.
i could try this but it would lead to some fatal injuries

im not coach, but try to do like 3 x 10, and then when you get better try 3 x 15 :)

Would you use these as a progression for planche pushups? I can't hold a planche for more than 2 seconds. Should I attempt these yet?
