The "iPhone Nano" that you're thinking of that's just not in North America is probably the CECT KA08+. It's a smaller version of their iPhone knock-off. I'm wondering if it wouldn't be possible to use the app store software on a nano version if it had a higher resolution screen - smaller size but with the same number of pixels and sensor spots might not be a problem for the existing software.

no it is not.. verizon dont use SIM cards (GSM NETWORK) like all continents use so that would be loss for apple everybody wants iphone on SIM cards.. unless verizon switches to SIM (GSM network) they would probabbly be the #1 company if they switch to SIM cards

Verizon is already the #1 company. largest coverage, most users. evertthing almost. but they do have some phones with the "Verizon SIM" which let's you travel internationally which is basically what the ones for AT&T do. they're in the BlackBerry World Edition and the Storm, for sure. they could just as easily do that with the iPhone and any other phone.

yea an iphone nano is unlikely but i have heard rumors of a downgraded iphone like one that is only 4g that wouldn't have a camera and would be sold at walmart.... they have already started selling iphones at walmart so it could be true that there will be a downgraded vr of the iphone but not a nano vr prob like one that is 3g but lacks gps or camera or maybe even space they could make it 4g but until then we will have to wait and see
