@S74R its just a deeper breathing in. everyone does that.when you breathe normally, all of the carbon dioxide doesnt come out of your lungs, and because of that, you need to take a deeper breath. Its more frequent than you think:) You just dont notice it when you do it. its totally normal, and it happens more often when the room is hot, witch might have been the case:)
