  • Chachi,

I am interested in your reverse prototype .My email address is glennrightsell@yahoo.com.

Sorry my video is terrible of my bike.I am thinking about installing a reverse on it and also would like to find out more details about whole project and patent. Glenn

  • Curious about brand also? How much and how its holding up?Seems like

It would be a drive sprocket still. To replace with reverse module you must mean a drive sprocket with a reverse module adapted to it.

  • @glennrightsell1

It's been on my scooter for the past 10,000 miles and doing great. It's the only proto-type in existance. It never went into production due to lack of funds. The whole project and patent is for sale.

  • where can I purchase

  • Too easy,

Replace the rear wheel drive sprocket with the reverse module. No modifications required. Install the shift module on the rear strut and your ready to go. With a scooter hoist table, it takes 45 minutes to install.

To use: From a neutral postion, shift to reverse. Depress clutch, drop to 1st gear.

Upon releasing clutch the module shifts to a 11:1 ratio below first gear in reverse with automatic reverse braking. Disengage, back to neutral, shft to forward with positive drive lock.

  • How hard is this reverse to install?

  • How bout that. It works.

  • Cool backup! Wish I had one for my bike.
