That's the Latin Spanish version of the episode. They always leave the songs the same to avoid ruining it.

Sometimes is not the song by itself but the intention of, like the unconcern of homer and bart when Marge's aunt passed away, they changed the original song for Capullito de Alelí, keeping the same intention and causing even more effect on us for the simple fact that is a entity of our culture that we know so well (: Ruining it by changing something from english to spanish? i'd say "ruining it by TRANSLATING it"
