I just hit the demo mizuno mp 59 ti muscle. I absolutely love it. I must say I am you a true mizuno fan. I was hit it very well for it to be a blade. Great feel with a feel distance help.
I Purchased These Irons Over A Year Ago (I'm Not One Of Those Jackass's That Give A Great Review To Something They've Never Hit, But Looks Good In The Closet) And I Believe They're The Best Investment I've Made To My Game. Absolutely Love Them. The Mixture Between Sound And Feel Is Remarkable. Went From Ping I-10's To These. Much More Controlling Club, And You Know When You Didn't Pure It. My Ping's Were Great, But I Wanted Worldclass Feedback & The SEXY Look of These Centerfold PinUp Clubs
Tried em .Not my cup of tee at all .Bought mp32 irons instead . Either way , kinda hard to go wrong with a forged club . Either Mizuno , or Titleist .Is there really anything else ?
I would consider myself an intermediate golfer, Not great, but I have really good iron play, I am not sure If i should go with the game improving or game enhancement set. the MX-1000 seems a bit beefy and I feel I would lose some control, although anything is better than the Tour Edge POS irons i have now. I am torn MP-58 or MX-1000? or is there an in between? any advice?
@Fococlimber I am a lot like you. I am considering the MX-200's and the MP 52's. I would try these but they do not come in left handed which is ridiculous.
Going from a game improvement to a players club also encourages you to be a better ball striker! You can tell when you didnt quite middle it! Anyhow, I agree with your comments and observations. Thanks and keep up with your great work!
Thanks for your review. I gave the 58's a try on the basis of this review and am glad I did. Bought a set with the KBS shaft and the results are amazing. Coming from the x-22's, the 58's were not as forgiving, but the difference in distance wasnt quite as pronounced as some other blades.
Bladed clubs are forged. They give a softer feel than the game improvement cavity backs. It's a feeling thing. You can sense the compression more than with a game improvement club. Also its a bit easier for the better player to work fades and draws. Not as forgiving, so beginners beware.
I understand blade irons are better for professionals because it allows you to work the ball. However the game improvement irons also allow you to fade and draw the ball at will, as well as lend you some forgiveness. So can someone explain what is it about the bladed clubs that really make them better, for a better player?
hey nice video. I am a 8 handicap and improving, i need some irons for better play instead of my ole x18 irons. would u recommend these over the mp-62? i went to hit them and hit them almost identical, just a bit farther with the 58.
thy look really good. have you done a video on the callaway ft9 driver because im thinking about buying one if you vould give me any help on a driver similar to the ft9 or the ft 9 tht wud be fantastic. you have a really squeeky mat

why would anyone want a less forgiving club? is a blade iron immune from common sense? i'm new to golf so I need a rational explanation for this.

Hey I'm in a little dilemma.. MP 67 or MP 58
snowman1133 2 years ago
@snowman1133 the mp 58s there more forgiving, other then the 67s that have no forgiveness for mis hits

Great video Mark, torn between MP58 and titleist AP2s. Any chance you can do a review on the AP2s? Just wanna know your opinion.

I think the MP 58 is the best looking and feeling iron Mizuno have made for years.

@4golfonline I disagree, I think that the design is pretty boring, but that is my opinion

@4golfonline How would you compare these irons to the mp63's? I have hit both briefly and couldn't tell much difference!!

@4golfonline How about the MP 14's. I still have them. 14 years old and still going strong.
