I like your approch, not too sure about the ego nijas part. I like the ego friendly idea. I think that most wineries that want to have a bottle on display want to be able to see the label. I think the winery would also store their bottles differently. Very cool idea and pitch. Good job on the production! I'm a fellow resident of the dalles.
