    B -- weigh 221ish (probably 222 and change as of this moment, full of beer)

    C -- have stubby little short legs ;)

  • this is what i did just now, i weight 170lbs/77kg and i did 12 pushups in a row with a 120lbs/55kg person standing on my shoulder blades. all the way down all the way up. 12 pushups in a row with 120lbs standing on my back,. and then i rest and take a breath for less than 30 seconds and continue with 35 diamond pushups in a row. no more 120lbs on my back. just my bodyweight for 35 diamond pushups in a row. what do u think?

  • for the last time real time camera time is different then using a stop watch. it also is not my best time or close to it. and you are not running a 4.65 electronicaly timed. your coach has a happy finger with the stop watch.

  • how much you wiegh does not matter with your bench press it is a measurement od upper body strength also second is that if you couldn't tell is that I'm a linemen at a D1a shcool so we play some of the top schools in the state so I kinda half to wiegh that much and the ideal bench press for a linemen lookin to play college is around 300 so its a pretty good number that would not be discounted, it might be a discount for you old guys in their mid 30's that decided to pick up liftin

  • the surface I was running on was a track, my squat is when my legs go parallel to the ground so I don't know what you mean by 1/4, also benching 300 at any grade in highschool is great at any level no matter what the wieght because the kids that go to d1 schools do that much, whats the difference was it between stop watch time and electronic? that time is fine becaue that what people 250 and up should run, by the way if Brads run was only a 4.9 thats really not that good for 7%

  • Track is an ideal surface to run on. A true squat is when the part where your hip and leg meet is below the knee. A 300 lb for your weight is considered as intermediate strength. The difference between a stopwatch and electric timing can be as much as .5 As far as discounting you time for your run, you'ld have to discount your bench also.

  • If you want to know what I can do shirairyuscorpion is bench press 300, squat 375, 40 yard 5.4, shuttle in a 5.23

  • your 5.4 is your best on a stop watch time. What surface did you run that on. That wasn't electronicaly timed. 300 press is good for a HS kid, but @ 255 lbs its not that impressive. Your 375 squat its probably a 1/4 squat which most HS kids consider a squat. My best 40 on a hand time is 5.1 and I don't think you'd beat me in a race. Brads best time on a hand timer is a 4.9. But keep up the good work.

  • bar is usually a standard 45 lbs. The 225 incluudes the bar

  • we know it but we prefer our work outs to be more structured. At times we may run a similar type cross fit work out for kicks. But we vary our training style to be as complete as possible. You'll see more work outs on here. Feel free to do them or something close to them.

  • measure out 40 yards. film your self. use windows movie maker and note when you make your first movement (they go to .00 of a second) then note when you pass the finish line and subtract. or get the timers from nike sparq.
