Fun days when I was on Sand Hill.

Got my ass chewed out once by Top while BS0'in. He pulled me off the range to the woodline. Ya'll know what happens in the wood line - u piss or get fuckedup. I agree with you. Even during my Basic Training days, my Drill Sergeant did not talk to me this way the first time I shot and hit nothing. They offer constructive advice like controlling my breathing and not rushing through it.

Shooting badly is to be expected if you have not picked up a weapon in your life. And I am assuming most of these people are raw recruits. But with a lot of practice and real instruction from real instructors, I shot 40/40 in my last Weapons Qual.

This adviser is horrible, I worked with the airborne training the Kurdish pershmergas in North of Iraq (Iraqi Kurdistan). He should be teaching the top "IRAQI" officers and then the officers teach these peons. There is just no connection between the instructor and the students, the instructor is just not interested. They never should have disbanded the old army, the actual mechanism of the army wasn't bad, its leaders were bad.

what theyre doin is called grouping and zeroing thier weapons which means they have to make 4 shots in the the same area in the size of a quarter so that they can adjust the sights on the weapon so it shoots accuratley. the iraqi soldiers have it easy. in basic youd hear somthing like your "F-ing pathetic, get outta my face". and the reason why he is seperating them is because the one who suck didnt group thier shots so they have to wait for the ones who did to zero the weapon....duh
