  • here in Brazil also love miami vice, will never be forgotten

  • didn't know germany liked miami vice -- thought the only fucking thing they cared about was david hasselhoff

  • @NeoTRP I'm a german and I loved, no, wrong I LOVE Miami Vice. Best TV serie ever !!!!

    F..K Hasselhoff !!!!

  • @NeoTRP Miami Vice is hugely popular in Germany! Probably as much if not MORE SO than in the USA. Vice had a certain flair that people pretty much *everywhere* loved, and turns out our friends in Germany love the show every bit as much as we do.

I just wish there was a way to bring Vice back though. I know the original cast is getting old and all but so many people absolutely love this show that I would have though it would be viable for them to somehow bring it back in some form.

  • got the extended from this song. should make a video...

  • what a waste dubbing a great scene like this

  • @woprati89 and on top of the whole utility of knowing/learning/improving on one's English, dubbing (in ANY language) ALWAYS diluted or just destroys the universally palpable emotion conveyed in the original language. Subtitles are always best for this reason. I only speak English and Spanish (more or less), and I like subtitle most by far.

  • @huttnerd Friend looks, dubbing for protugues was fantastic, many say the same thing is perfect, I miss this show

  • i still think it's lame that Germany, France and Spain dub everything. how the hell are they supposed to learn English. in this world you need English, in my country (Belgium) everybody speaks English, i learned to speak and write English from watching tv, and they say you can't learn anything from watching tv... ; )

  • One of my best friends was a German who came to America He told me about watching the show on German TV. I always wondered what that must have been like until now. The dubbed in voices totally change the characters and the feel of the show. All of the voices for Crockett, Tubbs, and Sweitek almost sound the same, but the most amazing part is that their lip movements somehow match the German words rather than the original American dialogue avoiding that martial arts movie lip flapping..
