It's interesting to me that the mother is always so composed, "It's hot, go get some fresh air" really? After being asked about the blood of your daughter who is missing and you 'have no idea where she is', you tell him to get some fresh air? Staring passively into the crowd after being questioned, looking like you don't care at a press conference after returning home? I wouldn't be able to do it.

OMG the first part of this clip, gerry gets up refusing to answer why there was blood found in the apartment, kate just sits there 'its hot, get some fresh air' when you lie, your blood pressure risens, so yes they are covering something up!!

Well, the only excuse for two adult's to turn their head's away from vid's of the cadava dog's indicating cadava odour in the McCann's apartment, hire car, and Kate's clothes, and for Gerry to keep repeating the same sentence, "my duaghter is alive", is typical of psociopathic denial, and remember the McCann's both went to acting school to get their Equity card's before their medical career's!

The fact that blood was found in the appartment doesnt mean it was her parents that did it, the abductor could have done somthing to her in the appartment as sick as that might be! :( But i must admit that the fact that blood was also found in the car that was rented its weird.

I have to say that the Portuguese authorizes are dumb. The parents are English, and the authorities send DND to be analyzed in England? Why not send DND to a country that is not England to avoid conflicts of interest?! Lastly, I just saw a video here on YouTube called Kate & Gerry McCann: "...The Shield of Murder" and on the web site the author of this video has the complete reversed speech! Im now convinced that her parents are creepy.

@scary: but also remember that those cadaver dogs were from england too AND did pick up the scent of a corpse & found blood spots that the investigators could not see. so i dont think it's a matter of conflicts of interest. i would think they sent the samples to a lab in which they thought had the more advanced systems/tech.

When I first heard about this case, I thought that maybe the reason no one found Maddie was because she could be hidden in some sort of hidden area in a home like the case of the Austrian girl who was kidnapped, then she escaped from the hidden basement room, and guy who kidnapped her, killed himself. Then after watching the behaviour of the Maccans, the dogs that found scents of a cadaver, and etc Im now convinced they are guilty. Her mother scares me-according to my gut feeling.

I am disgusted that our own government afforded them political protection almost immediately. This video is made to look at the McCann Family in a different light, they could be guilty but I don't believe they are, if you accidently kill your child you will eventually feel the guilt and confess, pluss all they got are circustancial proof and not real leed, they don't have nothing to connect the murder of madeleine with her parents.

The Portuguese police did a great job under very trying circumstances. Whenever the police investigate a murder there is going to be pressure on them to resolve it, and quickly, but in this case they were under tremendous pressure because of the political and diplomatic weight that came to bear on them. Congratulations for doing a great job. The only thing that remains is for the McCann's to admit their guilt, and be under no illusions to ther contrary, they are guilty.
