I dont like it because my zune have never given me any problems really... my Ipod got scratched and on my zune i have so many videos that i couldnt put on my ipod and guess what... its an Itouch... and it sux...

That's Nice and all, But how would it be illegal for Zune to allow You to keep your Songs if U can download it anyway when u get home..?
So, in other words the Zune is Pretending to not have the right, or they are simply Playing the Customer???

well at least Zunes can share music. ipod has nothing to compete with that.
and if the Zunes could keep the songs forever, that would be illegal. Therefore they cant promote something that's illegal, so they put the restriction on, to be legal.
And i get unlimited music downloads from Zune, so i just recieve a song, and then when i get home, i download it for free!
