  • I love your videos. SUBBED

  • Hey Lui you keep saying 6'2 250 and all that but you don't have to be tall to have great genetics my friend look at Jay cutter and phill heath both are like 5'8 5'9 and so am I. I'm 17 5'8 210 15 % bf that's good who wants to be a tall skinny bitch seriously being short is better lift more weights fill out faster and have the illusion of looking bigger compared to a tall guy come at me

  • @greatblueknight Stallone takes hgh not natural bro sorry

  • im 6''6 its as hard as hell for me to fill out my body hahhaaa, not giving up though, obviously!

  • I love your vids man :D

The guys at the Olympia are at 3 - 4% bodyfat though

And the new crazy weight comes from gh + slin overuse, even arnold experimented with gh which made him get from 220 - 235 pounds^^

  • thank you! very informative. it had always been a dream of mine to bench press 315 lb and 225 lb for 10 reps, but as I'm getting older I'm realizing exactly why my friend who is a Judo competitor can bench 225x8 while weighing 160 and I can only do reps with 185 at 180 lb. I've been training for around 30 months now and my weights are settling in. I've always had pretty strong legs though which is great! :D

  • @luimarco I'm 5'6 160 lbs at 10% bf. Do you think its possible for me to be to be 180-185 naturally in about 10 yrs or so? Thats huge for my height. Check my vids to see my physique. I've only been working out about 2 yrs.

  • i had 16 slices of pizza once lol that was 4 months and 20lbs ago lol

  • I'm a personal trainer, and I used to compete in natural bodybuilding, I love being NATURAL! And I won a handful of competitions by sticking to my genetic make up. I am me, I don't need enhancements.

Now, I moved on to Jiu Jitsu and MMA, my interests have changed, I look forward to my future with this sport.

But really, be true to yourselves guys, BE YOURSELF!

Watch ROCKY, see how a 5'10'' one buck sixty made it to the TOP OF THE WORLD, you are only as strong as you believe!

    BELIEVE IN YOU!

  • @GreatBlueKnight Thank you brother, where are you from by the way?

  • @luimarco I am from Canada, and you? Are you Quebecois?

  • @GreatBlueKnight Yep sir! what Province are u from?

  • @luimarco I am from Ontario!

Bonjour my Canadian brother! Keep training and spreading the truth!

  • @GreatBlueKnight whats a one buck sixty

  • @GreatBlueKnight stallone is actually about 5'7"

  • Good video. I wouldn't take anything away from "juicers" though. They put in insane amounts of work. It's not like steroids magically make you huge and ripped. Personally, I am natural, but I have only started lifting for about 3 months. I have realistic hopes for my body, but lifting is more recreational for me.

  • I have a question, I know that most people divide up their exercises to save on time at the gym, but whats the best way to do it? Ie.. Chest and tris, then what? How many days in between or is it ok to go back to back days? I have been working out for 3 months now and I am trying to figure out what is the most benificial way to do my workouts. Thanks Bro, I love the videos ( the ones i have seen so far)

  • hahahahha lui <3

    3:17

"When i was out clubbin, i would eat 3 times that. Calories at night? Bring it, you know?" ! : ) You are quite funny

  • indeed.:) check this out also

  • you and scooby1961 are the best . thank u a lot for all your help ;)

  • @griffithksa2 thanks kindly

  • that is so true i was 195lbs and i thought i was gonna 8% at 175lbs and now i am 170 lbs and still 10% so i am just drop to 165 and then start clean bulking at probably 9%

  • @Newbpwng yes sir ;)

  • bro are premium genetics about how much you can lift or how you look? and when do you know your full potentionl? am almost 16 and can i tell my genetic potention right now or i need to wait to pass 18 then see? i clearly dont lift like heavy heavy weights but my body looks good with 16% bf and even in 16% i can see some veins

  • I have never met a natural bodybuilder this experienced with Bodybuilding history

  • @tylerfoster19 thank you bro!

  • i'm 5'7 and my goal is be have a body like Tuan Tran hes 5'8 check him lui

What do you think about Tuan Tran?

Btw i don't consider my self short bro lol

  • @crazyybarneyy he placed second in Musclemania. that contest isnot a Natural contest : /watch?v=4HTLhezQBYE

  • @luimarco But if you go to his Youtube Channel (i am subscribed to him) it's based on how he was always Natural.. Dang i would be disappointed if he were lieing all this time.

  • @crazyybarneyy IDFA is a tested federationof bodybuilding. Musclemania am sorry, guys are on juice there

  • @luimarco He Says in his video that its natural but You seem positive. He is currently Traning for the Cronus (Competition) were he says it all natural.

But Lui ... Your the man. and i always wanted to say you kinda look like GSP when you shave bro lol

  • A shirt!! WITH SLEEVES!!! lol

  • @BassClefFTW lol it was an exception ;)

  • @luimarco Lui, I just wanna say thank for all the help! Ever since I was young I loved to learn from the wise and experienced (I just watched your bicep peak video haha). Because I found it was the best way to seek information, way better than books haha. With the information you put on here along with few other wise guru's (Elliot Hulse, Tuan Tran, Darin Steen, Scooby) It has helped transform my LIFE! Jan 2010 I was 236lbs at 5'6, by Oct I was 155lbs, and I am now currently 170lbs.

  • @BassClefFTW Thanks brother, keep it up!

  • @luimarco Of course not nearly as lean as you. But I haven't gained fat since, I this because I could see my abs more than ever haha!! Thanks again!! You are truely one of the best!!

  • @BassClefFTW thanks brother ;)

  • Hey Marco, Im 14 and can bench press 400 pounds. I can run faster then a cheetah and I have very big armz. Also, I can do 100 pull-ups.

Marco, please tell me... tell me how awesome I am :D

Haha in all seriousness. I like this video Marco. Many people are often being misled to the possibilities of natural bodybuilding. Some natural bodybuilders are brainwashed beyond repair and might need to check your video for a reality check.

  • @PullTheTricker lol i almost believed you lol, thanks mate!

  • didnt the hodge twin say that their goal was to be 225lbs and still ripped... wat a coincidence

  • @garito36 yeah! what a Coincidence ;)

  • hey i am 13 And i am kinda chubby is it faster to loose weight now at this age?

  • @redbull9679 sports

  • @redbull9679 yeah you should be able to drop the weight fairly easily

  • Hey Lui could you determine how good genes i got.

I have always had Big Arms, even when i was not lifting or exercising (before i started to exercise, and no it was not fat but muscle :D)

I'm Pretty much faster than anyone (Run 30m under 4 Seconds, don't know if that is good xD)

And I'm Taller then a lot of my friends :D

  • @nuclears1 taller, bigger faster , stronger than 95% of your Friends??? that's a good indication that yes you are ahead of the field with probably very good genetics

  • Great video, brother, but tell me? How do I know I have good/bad genes?

  • @Teenssj2 are you faster, stronger, bigger than the rest of the field ( your friends ), ok so you probably have amazing genetics

  • @luimarco hahaha now that you mention it :P i have always been the biggest (muscle or fat) in class. Im pretty wide shouldered, narrow waisted. Im 6''2 200lbs at the moment. not the fastest there is but but definatly stronger than average guy in the gym, specially in my back and shoulders/trapz

  • @Teenssj2 then you're gifted my friend ( not my friend)

  • @luimarco well that made me feel better :P, thank you :D

  • Luii i was wondering if i could send you pictures of my current shape for u to evaluate what i need to work on, is this possible and if so what do i need to do?

  • @EightLimbz yes sir on facebook please , are you my friend there already?

  • @luimarco this is unbelievable that you put this video up today. I was going to ask the same question as Eightlimbz along with giving a little synopsis of my current nutrition that i'm following. I'm lean everywhere but at the lower center portion of my abs. With caliper test I'm right at around 10%. I think it may just be something that I can tweak to break through. Insight from you would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any help.

  • @tddcmptn Just let me know what information/pics you need and i will send it. Thanks again.

  • @tddcmptn Facebook then my friend ;) tag me in that pic

  • @luimarco Yeah man, will send one as soon as possible

  • love it man... keep it natural keep it healthy... we are in this for a healthier life.. not pint size nuts, and bitch tits hahaha... love ur channel man!

  • @bstylesdance Thanks brother ;)

  • @luimarco Hey Lui,lentils are complex carbs,right?

  • Brock Lesnar is a beast...all I have to say and when he was doing WWE he was most Likely on roids if u compare him now in the UFC to when he was in WWE you'd be able to see right off the bat, even in his college days of wrestling he wasn't that big but he was jacked

  • Thanks for this great video Lui.Really informative!,keep up the great work my friend!

  • @MrEundb thanks mate!

  • lol. and the cold war continues! man, this is more interesting than a good movie!

  • *checks if bicep peak*

    No, I'm not gifted.

  • i think, that everybody who starts working out for whatever reason (get mass, get lean, get fit, get healthy, whatever) should watch, no, study your videos to get this great information. your channel is a natural bodybuilding-health-fitness encyclopedia !!

    keep doing the great work.

cheers from a russian guy living in germany. we follow you all around the world bro !

  • I have 9.5% bodyfat but my abbs are not showing.

But i think its because i lost 40KG. I think my skin needs to recover.??

Could that be it. My skin is extremely flexibel now. But thank god its getting less and less.

  • @DarkprinceCs

It can also be bloating. When you have a lot of water sitting between your loose skin and your abs, even with low bodyfat, they don't show as much. And yep, the tigher your skin, the deeper the grooves you see between your abs.

  • @DarkprinceCs you might be just Flat! are you carb depleted??

  • Great video. Very informative.

  • Genetic potential is so unfair because there is nothing i can do about it

  • Highest respect for Lui.

  • have you seen Lorenzo Becker at 16yo my god

  • Nice video. How do you know when you have reached your genetic potential?

  • @Scampern

When there's a hard plateau you can't cross. It may take a while though, because there's natural bodybuilders that after 10-12 years of training, have 20" arms, when they started at 13-14". So, it can be a long long path till you "capped" at ALL bodyparts.

  • @SinisterSkip Thanks for a good answer bro. Guess your right, there is no way telling what the potential is until later on in the journey.

  • Absolutely great video, good info, easy to watch. Keep doing what you do Luimarco ;)

  • So what if I have terrific genetics, then how do I compete in Mr.Olympia....?

  • @tazss159 easy! you'll Take an array of about 10 to 15 different drugs ( plus another aray of 10 drugs to counter the side effects of the previous list of drugs )! you'll testicles will be shut down probably for the rest of your life! it doesn't worth it bro

  • @luimarco Ok, but um... how do I get enrolled to compete in Mr.Olympia...? Do I have to call them, send them an email or something...? How do I join so I can compete?

  • @tazss159 you kidding right??? am not gonna preach that way, Olympia is for Steroids users, you know that?

  • @tazss159 There are qualifying meets that you have to win in order to enter that meet, just like olympic athletes have to qualify through trials. Unlike olympic athletes, people who go to the Mr Olympia are jacked up on roids, so being a natural bodybuilder(I assume you are) you would not have a good chance in winning. Shoot for competing in natural contests, where hardwork is everything.

  • @swimpoolshark So if you wanted to be an olympic athlete, how do I enroll for the trails they have? Where do I go? Do I have to call them or send them an email or something? How do I enroll to be a professional athlete? I live in NZ if that helps...

  • @tazss159 Each sport is different. I'm a swimmer, so in order to go to olympic trails I would have to make a certain time cut to go(God help me). In sports like soccer or volleyball, selection would come from how high your team to placed in certain tournaments, and how make you helped the team. What sport are you wanting to go in?

  • @swimpoolshark So say if I wanted to become a professional MMA fighter, would I have to first join a local MMA club near me which has tournaments and then kick ass in tournaments or something? How does this work?

  • @tazss159 That sounds about right, winning tournaments will get you into better tournaments, and after talent scouts see you do well they might offer you a contract or something. Everyone has to start somewhere, the first step would be to go train your ass off at a gym with a sparring partner or join a club. For MMA, learning a martal art or wreasling would be a great start, most of the greats in the sport have experience in both.

  • @swimpoolshark Thanks bro :D

  • It's sad that you guys let genetics dictate how far you can go. Fuck genetics. When you reach your genetic peak, then find a way to move past it. You natural guys have no idea what your missing.

  • @TheMusclesmagee Thanks for your input bro! but when you say : You Natural Guys! does this mean that you are not Natural Your Self???.

  • @luimarco No, I'm not. I respect everybody so don't start bashing me for my personal choices.

  • @TheMusclesmagee did i Start Bashing you because you are not Natural??? i mean we just Practice 2 different Sports. am sorry man! we have no similarities at all, we just share same Gyms! Am not gonna Bash you at all but with all due respect, my Videos are strictly redirected towards Natural bodybuilders. they will not benefit you at all. i Salute your Honesty and i hope you'll keep you health safe with the choices you have made!

    Thank you

  • @luimarco No you didn't but most guys on here bash AAS so I jumped to conclusions. I still watch you, berg, and barthel. We both like to do the same thing....go to the gym.

  • @TheMusclesmagee i agree bro! as long as we're happy with it! it is all good!

  • lui when do you think you reached your genetic potential? how many years did it take?

  • Im watching this afther my morning dumble curls and run :-)

cathcing my breath watching fitness guru's does it get any better?

  • luimarco is a beast

  • You know what would be fun? A luimarco impression contest. Best impersonation wins gear!

  • @selmarunner id rather see a contest of people making a weekly vlog them working out as rookies for 1 year and see what they accomplish if they all keep at it they are already winners :-)

  • very good video. i like it very much

  • whats your opinion of genetics for strength?

  • I watch evervideo just to hear him say "Hello guys and welcome to Lui Marcos natural bodybuilding"

  • another great vid lui! i like how youve been making a few a day, it keeps me from boredom. id like to see some more vids on nutrition though!

  • twinmuscleworkout just talked about this exact same topic

  • im natural i weight is 290 around there at 5,11 on a good day and the top part of my abs show grant the lower part not yet but im saying its not impossible for this kid to get to that

  • @strongsick286 i hate to say it but that kind of thinking is not good genitic limit what is that no such thing some guys have the worst freaking genitics and they still can get under 900 pounds or something like that so i mean what your saying is not impossible and also can be done with out steroids trust me i think you got it all wrong if you work hard enough any thing is possible.

  • @strongsick286 hey heath, yd usend e this hahah.

heath, genetics in my opinion atleast are very important. there are some people who can bench 225 their first time, and deadlift 405 their first time, and are also huge without training..then u have a guy lie me who could not even do one pushup or even bench the bar for one reps his first time. it's true ive taken my bench to 300, and deadlift to 445, but seem people start close to that! therefore they will get further even though i train harder

  • WTF!!! i weigh almost as much as Arnold did back in the day but the difference is im fat! XD

  • 2 good examples with bad genetic potential were larry scott and lou ferrigno........see what theyve done......

  • Luimarco! Im about to eat my breakfirst! scrambled eggs(3 egg whites, 1yolk) and oats+blueberrys :D

  • @luimarco how many years of serious lifting would someone take to reach his genetic potential ? i knw it vary's but whats the average? i hear most say 10 years.

  • @Fir3fly798 Hey its just advice, U CAN DO WHATEVER THE FUK U WANNA DO!!

  • lol 3D muscles

  • When i reach my genetic potential, I WILL POWERLIFT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

  • I believe the guy from campbell fitness is natural, He's like 6'4'' and around 230 ish. I'm not sure his exact bodyfat but he has abs for whatever it is. I think smaller guys (height, bone structure) look better at a lower weight and less bf % and taller guys look better with more weight and slightly more bf, Nothing crazy though. Just an opinion. What you are doing works for you, Individual results vary though.

  • At MTVs show ''I used to be fat' there was fat dude(teen) who had not been training for 3 years at all, and repped 225x5 at bench, I was amazed

  • @saanoj29 whats the guys name in the episode?

  • @Th33M33 Tanner, episode 8 (checked from wikipedia lol)

  • I Agree With all do Respect is Keep on Dreaming!

  • i have a freind he was weighing around 225lbs at 6'2 he had about 15%bf , he cut down all the way down to about 178-180lbs 7%bf , he looked good at that weight cut, he told me he could of stayed at 190 but still would of carried too much fat. so 178 was perfect weight at 7% bf.

  • All thats missing is a tattoo...

  • he is copying twinmusleworkout -.-

  • @ballzyification Accept twinmuscleworkout are retards. Both of them are very stupid and know very little about any of these things (nutrition, fitness, bodybuilding). Luimarco is no genius, heck to be honest he only really knows the basics. But at least he knows enough to teach young individuals these basics, and that the majority of the time his information is correct. Twinmuscleworkout are WRONG about almost everything they tell the people who follow them because they don't know any better.

  • You implictly used those twins' bodybuilding goal as a demonstrative example in this vid; that's kinda hilarious lol

  • @DecyferDown75 i said the same thing in my head lol

  • Honsetly ive never even thought about my genetics being good or bad or even thought about them..!? It' has never even crossed my mind. idk how people can obsess over itt especially over something you can never change !!!

  • @emericaordie15 teens are pressured to be bigger stronger! see all the Girls Watering about the 6 pack of that Ware-wolf in Twilight??? Guys of their age are feeling complex-ed and are pressured to look like that!

  • @luimarco That is true. But if your trying to get a body like that for someone else than your doing it for the wrong reasons! I workout and eat right for my self. The girls is just and extra bonus you could say lol. Idk but i don't obsess over things you can't change peace bro!

  • @luimarco I have a dumb question. Don't blame you if you don't answer it.

How come some people have that vein running down their biceps? I don't think it has anything to do with bodyfat because I've seen really overweight people with that vein and really ripped people without it. I heard it may be genetics, but if it's a vein, doesn't everybody need it?

  • @wafflecushioned 2 things, body fat and muscle maturity, mine was showing at over 15% Body fat

  • @luimarco I think I'm around 15% bodyfat myself and I workout regularly and I don't have that vein. It must be that my muscles aren't fully mature yet. Oh yes one more question.

I don't know how to accurately calculate my bodyfat percentage and thought you would know.

I'm 5'7" 140lbs and I can see the outline of a 4-pack on my stomach.

  • @wafflecushioned buy some bodyfat calipers, then just look up online how to do it, one of the cheapest and most accurate ways to measure bodyfat !

  • @spam2094 Thanks.

  • good mesage bro

  • makes me feel better haha. lovin the vids!

  • I have good genetics to build muscle, unfortunately all my joints are shot. So i accepted it, and i'm working on just being lean and trying my best to keep athletic. Many people say I should try to lift heavy and get big, but usually i end up getting hurt, then getting fat from too much caloric intake. This was a very good vid so people can be comfortable in their skin.

  • i personally don't believe in genetic potential , i completely agree about being realistic but who's done a biopsy of your muscles to say they can't grow anymore or you can't get stronger, you just have to find the way to unlock your new 'potential'

  • @ako541 Example; doing leg pressing for 20 years which i did non-stop , trust me you'll know your Natural limit, go above it , you,ll get Hurt, no extra food, no extra rest, no extra supplement will over pass that barrier. i squatted till i puked, i had my eyes full blown with Blood after every leg sessions. limit is a limit after 20 years you'll understand that cause it happens to you and everybody around you.

  • @luimarco i just feel like theres always something you can manipulate to make your body grow and or get stronger, nobody in the world can say they've tried everything because theres so many different training regimes, diets, supps ect... i just see genetic potential as an excuse for plateaus when there is always something out there that you can do to bust through them, its just hard to find it, not hating on you btw bro, keep up the good work !!!

  • @ako541 u need to unlock your knowledge potential dude, just accept it. that guys been training for 20 years jesus

  • haha lui look how small your sleeves are compared to your arms!

  • @MrNikeMike77 that's a genetic defect ! my Peaks are overgrown ;) i like this defect though ;)

  • @luimarco Hey Lui, I bought this supplement from my Gym recently called "Cytosport Complete Whey Protien"... what do you think about this product? Is it good? Is this a good supplement for me to make progress?

  • @DecyferDown75 coincidence i guess ;) Arnold is 6'2'' so ;)

  • Amazing vid. i like vid's like these

  • @Pokemonguy16RS thanks mate!

  • I heard Dorian Yates didn't have the best of the best genetics. but I'm pretty sure he was gifted as hell!

  • @jinunit dude has arguably the best back in history. best forearms, best calves, probably the best traps ever as well. he was the strongest dude in jail at 18

  • @luimarco amen. most amazing back I've ever seen.

  • @jinunit i agree 100%
