  • Can I have it?

  • nicely done.

  • I want this.

  • this isn't a Rubik's cube. ITS A RUBIK'S CYLINDER

  • Last I checked, a cylinder and a cube were two different shapes.

  • ive never seen a cube like this before.

  • rubiks tube :P

  • solving a rubiks TUBE

  • -.-' this is soooo sad...

'cause it's just like a 3x3x3 but instead of square corners they have a round shape and the last layer is twice as big with "two" layer that are in fact stick one on the other... green and orange pieces never leaves each other... so it's just like a 3x3x3 with color per layer instead of side.

  • @Patate7Frite Nice try, but no thumbs :D

  • @theFreakfulz not as if i asked for thumbs ya know... lol

  • I saw an OLL

  • EPICCC!!!

  • Holy shit, What the FUCK??

  • You made that Rubix-Tube? shiiiiiit!

  • that would be so confusing

  • Holy FUCK

  • crazy shit brah

  • your pro...

  • Der 3 Mal 3er geht ja noch, aber dieses Teil... WTF

  • i think my brain exploded...asfuqa98

  • OH FUCK ME SIDEWaYS!

  • HOLY HELL, DUDE. i love rubix, but could you make a video on gow to solve that?

  • nice its not

really confusing its basically just a 3x3x4 rubix cube just the pieces are shaped different and the color is aranged differently

  • i could probably make one if i hade the supplies

  • confuse .-.

  • CoNfUsInG.

  • How on Earth do you make these?!?! They look so cool.

  • wow.

  • crazy shit :D

  • that looks confusing

  • I have one of those that I bought off ebay and have no idea how to solve it. Could you make a video how to solve it?

  • do you sell them?

  • i liked it bro...where can i get one?

  • lies, played the earlier vid in reverse, noob...-.-

  • he didnt play it in reverse look at the end and beggining. ur the noob -.-

  • really the only way for it to be cylinder is in \its solved form, therefore colors dont matter on this cube your only reallt trying to make a cylinder with no regard to color

  • it isn't its other video in reverse i checked xD

  • wow. if you can solve THAT, then that means you don't have a life. XD jk. that was awesome.

  • mega freaky!

  • you have two spare "slots where you can cram pieces????" lol sometimes there are even five in one stack- since the core is" 3"

    any tut perhaps?

  • the color scheme makes pll easy :)

  • lol it's his other video in reverse

  • wrong

  • yea i think it is

  • What core are you using for that???

  • That is a 3x3x3 whit one side extended and cut like a cylinder

  • oh i c now, i thot that is was fully functional at first. THANKS

  • You ROCK.

  • omg thats some hacks!!! lmao jk

  • that is gangsta

  • omg that was fucking intence :D

  • hhhhhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeee mmmmmaaaaaddddee iiiittt!!!

  • nice..... where can i buy that???

  • I would like to know the same answer.

  • Custom made. -__-

  • ..you can buy the parts there..my cousin made it but its only 4 layers

  • He made it

  • they said in the demo video that they made it in the description.

so i think we're out of luck :[

  • he made it

  • I know he made it. You can buy the custom ones online, and a lot of people sell them. There are places online that sell them. That is all I ment.

  • Same as the 3x3 solve sorta.. because of the color scheme it would be an anything goes cross, an anything matches with anything and goes anywhere F2L, and a PLL skip every time

  • you can solve it the same as a 3x3x3 cube.

he just rounded off the edges and glued on another layer

  • awesome!!!

  • Nice! 5 star! I want one!

  • thats hella weird

  • Haha, the orange pieces are glued on!!!

    GAY!!

It's just a "cylinderised" 3x3x3 rubiks cube, with orange pieces glued on!

When it's a cylinder the orange pieces don't move in comparison to the green ones!!!

  • good call

  • um, yeah, that's kinda what he meant by "extended layer"

  • youre an idiot

    way to read the description

  • The colours are unnecessary.

  • ur comment is unnecessary

  • ...Wow. That was awesomely pathetic.

I was simply pointing out that the colours make no difference to the cylinder, only make it look pretty. As far as I could tell, there is no way to exchange the positions of them; as such you only have to make a cylinder, not worry about colours.

  • there would be if the a layer was not extended or if it was not a cylinder.

if you take away both, you have a regular rubick's cube.

  • That was kinda my point.

  • yeah, but some people did not get it

  • Clearly. Oh well.

  • You're an idiot. If it was all white, it wouldn't be impressive, just a matter of lining it back into shape, despite the colours.

  • *facepalm.jpg*

Fine. FUNCTIONAL purpose, if you're going to be picky.

  • Let's see TehFix0r make a puzzle like this. It's not about the difficulty of solving the puzzle, it's the work and patience involved in MAKING the puzzle. It was harder to make than to solve.

  • Again you seem to be missing the point I was making. No offense in any way to Edunk, I realise that making these things is quite noteworthy. My point WAS that the colours weren't really essential. It would still be impressive to solve even if it was all black.

Just in case you missed that: I'm not attacking the difficulty of solving, making whatever. I was simply saying that it would not make any difference to how impressive it is/how hard it is, regardless of the colours.

  • my guess is he shaved down the edges to make it a circle shape, thats what i would do

  • That's cool

  • its just a cylinder shaped 3x3 with an extended layer, thats why it changes shapes

  • How do you make one? cause i want one badly, it looks sick.

  • That was quite epic O.o

  • how is that a rubik's cube if it is a cylinder lol!!! ;)

  • isn't it just basically a cylinder shaped 3x3 wit an extnded layer?

  • I think my brain imploded

  • You should totally post a how to do video, I'd definately make one! Then make a how to solve, you'd basically be able to make up your own cylinder notation.

  • interesting...

  • is solving more about putting it back into the cylinder shape, or the correct colors? lol

  • can you teach us how to make it because i think i understand how to solve it.

  • Holy shit. NICE >.>

  • WOW...how on EARTH did you know what you were doing?? @.@ Great one!

  • cool

  • wouldnt this actually be easier since the pieces are like.. each a different size? cause with a cube they're all the same so they would go in any place but with this its like.. 'oh i guess this white must go to the top cuz its not like it can be moved to any other place'

  • shut up

  • why dont you shut up dumbass

  • it would be the exact same puzzle with no stickers on it

  • haha good point

  • nice!

  • Wow..that is NICE

  • i want one!!

  • The Rubik's Tube!!!

  • Hahaha made me laugh xD

  • lmao that's good one!!

  • hahaha

  • Rofl

Kinda gives you a weird feeling if you take that the wrong way, lol

  • it easy just fit it to gether and the color fall into place -.- 4/5

  • Nah, the algorithms for that would be the same as the 3x3.. he solved it in the same way too. Only difference is because of the color scheme, he doesn't have to do the edges of the F2L, and he can skip the PLL. Sweet puzzle btw, I might make something like that when I get more cubes.

  • did you find or make up all the algs. for that? either way that's way sick.

  • whoa thats wacky. in fact, its awesome

  • but.. I dont like that you dont need permutation

  • wow! thats gotta be one nice CUBE!! ^^

  • WOW.

  • looks like its solved just like a normal 3x3

  • How did you make that?

  • thats so undersindictive toward my indiscriminative juristictions, that i can't seem to surouse my inner ombilogy.

  • i heard you can make a sphere out of that

  • Where do you get one of those!?

  • I'd love to try one of those. It's fairly easy to solve. It's like the 3 layer cube. (No the standard 3x3, but one with only 3 colours of plastic)

  • Hi, u mention the 3 layer cube, the ones with the plastic, ive been looking everywhere for those, can u give me some info on them

    thanks, nick

  • You could buy 3 different color DIY kits and assemble them as so.

  • odd. never seen one like that... very interesting.
