  • THATS AWESOME

  • nothing better than fishing

  • Instead of releasing them, send them to me. Good eatin'.

  • i hate u...i truely hate u

  • @emokiddXhotemorage i feel bad for you - hope you get better

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE u can catch all these catfish i can hardly catch 2 in a fishing trip

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE and @emokiddXhotemorage his user name is emo kid....he hates everything lol...its his problem...he'll meet someone in person who dosnt like his attitude...im sure his personality would change =P

  • @emokiddXhotemorage dumbass y do u have to troll

  • what bait are you using??

  • @ddddddddddddd131 chicken liver sacks

  • great job on the fishing. I use cut mullet. on the reds.

  • @SuperBigfish88 thanks man - i appreciate the info

  • man i hate the train

  • Oldtimers used to use OCTAGON SOAP cut up into little blocks and place on limb line hooks or trot lines and in their catfish boxes---many catfish were caught over the years in catfish boxes by folks using IVORY SOAP or some other soap as the bait in the box---ha ha. No Kidding--take some fragrant type of soap (Octagon works really well) and bait your boxes or trot lines/limb lines and you'll catch fishes with it---GOOD LUCK!

  • what bait were you fellows using? My stepdad makes stinking cheese bait with garlic and parafin wax mixxed in----cuts a couple hundred little blocks of styrofoam and boils it into mixture on a coleman stove--he pours it all out on a half sheet of plywood to dry and sort of moves them around with a wooden paddle until they all separate--when it dries it separates out and the resulting bait really does well on trot lines/or limb lines

  • @micmoable we always use fresh chicken livers tied up in sacks.

styrofoam bait - cool- first iv'e heard of one like that

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE yes. garlic and cheese and wax for candlemaking---buys wax at hobby lobby--boil the commercially sold stink cheese/rotten cheese, wax, garlic together and add the 1/4th inch square pieces of carpet padding/styrofoam---when readdy just dump all out on piece of plywood and move them around as they cool and you've got great bait!!! I've used chicken livers too--but stinking chhese is great==you can also cut up OCTAGON SOAP into blocks and use GOOD LUCK

  • where chan you get the bait sacks?

I would have eaten them, though! Who cares what I think... Great video, bro!!!

  • Hey just wanted to say you guys are great. I don't fish for cats but I greatly appreciate the dedication you show towards fishing, the great handling of your fish, and the releases. So many of the clowns in these videos touch the gills while photographing; this will kill them eventually. Thank you and keep up the good work and fishing

  • nice vid!!!!

  • no matter the exact size they r nice fish and tht would of been some fun fishin... i didnt mean to say tht and sound like an ass

  • i think ur scales a lil off theres no way them r as big as ur sayin

  • @jmartin2489 they might be off a little i cant argue that but the fish are going to appear somewhat smaller when we hold them compared to an average size person

  • people and letting fish go .

  • ive never heard of using a bobble cat fishing ive always fished on the bottom i wud like to see how u did the setup for that pole

  • @bigdawgracing2 i catch a lot more cats after i switched to bobber fishing - check out our ( catfish time ) video i think we show the whole set up on that one

  • Man those catfish are ugly! Fish on boys!

  • i love fishing but i live in nevada which means i go fishing at lake mead and the only thing we catch there is a sunburn

  • @DSVetDad thanks man but it is what it is -turn off the audio lol

  • i always run through all sorts of fishing vids, love the enthusiasm.... i know yall enjoy the fishing man!!!!

  • does cut up bluegill work well as bait?

  • @MrMcTouch2Much It does. I like to fish with live bluegill. Check your local regulations though. For some reason I think using bluegill as bait is not legal in some places. Cut up shad is another good option if you're catching local bait.

  • Do you put a bobber stopper on the line? And if you do its on the bottom right?

  • what river is this

  • i live in oklahoma do you know any good place to fish big cats and what lake or river are you fishing?

  • what river is this

  • I thought I was gonna see a 125 lb catfish :P awesome catch though. good job guys.

  • @RawrbishLoL thanks man

  • Those are some nice cats!!!!!!!! Wow!!! I usually cast out a 2 oz sinker and a worm and catch 10 inchers like crazy!!!! I would like to catch those like crazy though!! Great catches!

  • Where in Western New York are you fishing? I live in Buffalo, usually go south to Eighteen mile or Cattaraugus Creek.

  • what size peices of chicken do u use

  • @xIMxAwSoMeZx roughly 1 1/4 inch round sacks

  • how big peices of chicken you use?

  • what river are you guys fishing at man those are some hogs!

  • Good stuff!

  • thats not hard at all at rocky fork weve caught 50-75 in oneday

  • Could someone answer a couple of questions please? (I'm a girl-and am curious about angling although- I'm just learning)

Why do they hold them by the mouth? Don't they have sharp teeth that would bite you?

Why do they throw them back? Do people eat catfish? I thought they did-maybe just not in this case.

  • @TheVestini some people eat them some people catch and release them for the fun of it.........yes cats have fish teeth but they are more like sand paper not teeth........hope i helped ill be happy to answer more ? if u have them

  • what kinda bait are u using?

  • @huntnfishfriends fresh chicken liver sacks - thats all we ever use

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE how many ft of space is there between your bobber and hook

  • @wwewizard443 anywhere from 6 to 10 feet depending on depth - we like to keep the bait about a foot off the bottom or so

  • were are you fishing at?

  • @romanovich54 in western newyork

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE you guys fishing on chicken liver

  • @romanovich54 chicken liver

  • if im cattin for fun or sport i hit blues and yellows. If im going for meat i go for the channels, this video makes me very hungry.

  • @THEjackel4545 Me & my fishing buds are the same. People freak out when we throw back up to 60 pound blues yet keep the 2 to 4 pound pan size channels.

  • nice videos man.....im starting to get a few loaded up check them out

  • whats up bro we fish alot of the same spots gowanda , irvining but now im liven in buffalo wheres the good lake spots i dont need a boat 4 npd7575@yahoo.com

  • do you guys eat the catfish because i heard therye gross

  • @MrAwesomevideos88 we release all the channel cats but i heard they're one of the best tasting fresh water fish

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE they r really good

  • nice fishing! exactly what set up did you have on your pole? me and my grandpa have been trying to catch a catfish for a while but cant gey the right setup?

  • @thatCRAZYparacordGUY thanks

we use a slip bobber setup and drift the chicken liver sacks a foot or 2 off the bottom.

check out our catfish time video = i show the rig there

  • @thatCRAZYparacordGUY you and your grandpa could also try getting a size 6 hook and a 8 or 12 inch steel leader.. take a 3 oz egg sinker and slide that on your line..then take that leader and tie it on..hook your hook on the leader and then cut up some creek chubs and put one on there..try that and you'll catch alot, the way these guys do it is great too though.

  • nice fishing

  • what did you use for bait?

  • @BukkakeCapiton chicken liver sacks

  • Whats your personal best channel cat?My best is a 27 lb and 3 oz cat on the new york hudson river it was not far off from the state record maybe i'll catch him again but fatter haha.

  • what pound line do u use?

  • @seafields562123 14lb test stren

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE u used 14 pound line and u caught a 135 pound catfish?

  • @9912699125 I've gotten bigger ones on 8 lb test

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE wont the line break?!

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE wont the line break?

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE wont the line snap?

  • @9912699125 a little unbelievable if you ask me........(hes lieing)

  • do you fish with the bait on the bottom?

  • @bmore930 we only use slip bobbers to drift the liver sacks --- covers a lot more water = catch more fish

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE when using bobbers,u gotto make the line below the boober reach the bottom right?

  • @9912699125 -2 foot off the bottom is good

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE yeah, that makes alot more sense thanks. i put my bait on the botton near bridges an peirs seems to work for realy realy big fish but i dont catch any where near as many as you. so i think ill try your method seems better then mine. but anyway good luck this year man

  • that scale lied

  • @onebigbass10 no it didn't - we are very large which makes the fish not look as big -- mike's an offensive tackle ( football )in college

  • scared the hell outta me at about 2:30 i was expectin u to keep talkin but then the video cut out and theres this damn fish in the net! haha.

  • what bait are you useing

  • @pennsvally all we use is chicken liver

  • You ever eat the cats you catch? There's nothing better in the summer than fried catfish with some fresh baked sweet corn bread .

  • @Drudy90 never ate one - we let them all go to be caught again

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE Keep a medium sized one sometime! I live in Southern California, but still do alright on flatheads and channels. Crispy, fried catfish, along with some roasted mallard that you shot the morning before...nothing can beat it. I caught an 87 pounder a few months ago in a canal by the salton sea.

  • @mtinch7 i live in califorinia u ever fish isebella

  • @ROADSNAKE90ROADSNAKE Oh, and the best bait I've ever used is Spoonie breast, i dont know if you duck hunt but if you do, at least you wont have to eat the spoonies, they taste like mud...

  • heyyyy, have u ever tried cow liver ?it stays on the hook reel good so u dont have to make them sacks ...You should try it sometime

  • hey where are you guys fishing at? is it acessable to anyone?

  • @steveo0217 western newyork - parts of this creek are on Indian reservation but its accessible to anyone with a license

  • oh man if i cought an 18LB channel cat i would EAT that sum bitch! haha :)

  • where is this lake

  • @007andyman007 its in ny

  • Idk maybe its just cause its on video and they dnt look as big then

  • Who is the guy in the front of the boat?

  • @TheHakashaka that's my son mike - he's an offensive tackle / college football - the fish don't look as big next to him

  • Good video but ur weight on the fish are way off the 18 pounder was like 10 at the most and one of tge 6 pounders looked ljke 3 i think the wright was off

  • @TheHakashaka the scale might be off a little but it was close to 18 -that first fish was between 36 and 38 inches

  • @TheHakashaka i catch 19 bullhead that weigh 13 pounds them fish look bout the size there sayin most likely ur putting the siz of a bass in front of catfish catfish are more dense and has more fat which weighs more then bass

  • Have you ever used cut up Blues for bait?

  • @batstarwars2 no - just livers

  • Have you every fished for caitfish in Kentuckey?

  • @batstarwars2 just in western new york

  • Where are u fishing
