Rickrolling during "Mr. Fancy Pants" is a fairly regular occurrence. You don't expect him to do that during "First of May" though. ;-)

Also, he performed a Rickroll at PAX 2008. He did the song "Flickr", and then the staff there played a second video marked "Not This One" that had cued up on a menu alongside the regular "Flickr" video. It was the Rick Astley video. ;-)
