Great movie. Great story. One of the greatest moments in all of sports. HOWEVER, I couldn't believe that Disney left out the speech Herb gave AFTER the U.S beat Russia. Prior to the gold-medal game with Finland, Herb didn't say a whole lot to his players. He simply walked into the room, looked at his players, and said, "If you lose this game, you'll take it to your fucking grave"............and walked out. Now that I've written it, I guess Disney would have had to have left out / changed a word.

What I like best is that this coach basically planned this moment from the time he was hired and reviewed the available talent, through his treatment of the team, which was, initially, frankly abusive, through his development of them into a unit and maximization of their strengths, up to the day they played this historic contest. I also like the grace note in the speech where he gives a nod to the goalie, who was perhaps the only first rate player on the squad.
