@crimsonx83 You could try timing yourself for either 3 or 5 minutes since rounds in a fight last about that length of time. Also, you keep on getting a little better each time, btw.

Guard is important, whenever you strike your guard goes down, try punching from the chin and then back. Practice this to get it to be normal.
Second, i dont know about reaility but in this vid you seem to be dancing around and from a martial artist point of view you are everywhere wich is bad.

The stance should be firm (yes even muay thai).
