  • @crimsonx83 You could try timing yourself for either 3 or 5 minutes since rounds in a fight last about that length of time. Also, you keep on getting a little better each time, btw.

  • Good. But only good. For constructive critisism il give you a few tips.

    Guard is important, whenever you strike your guard goes down, try punching from the chin and then back. Practice this to get it to be normal.

    Second, i dont know about reaility but in this vid you seem to be dancing around and from a martial artist point of view you are everywhere wich is bad.

    The stance should be firm (yes even muay thai).
