Cheater, you can't walk through fire. He's using the Trainer! In the Original Version on C64 you press ARMIN to warping into the next Level! Sorry but this is so boring!!
@LordMegara Well, if you knew the game as well as you pretend to do, you would know that the water drop power-up lets you walk through fire - that's not a cheat, it's a game feature. So, go and play it again.
Actually I didn't miss is but I couldn't use it in this version - I am not sure why that is so... maybe because of the emulator or because of the version.
I do think that using the Level 6 Warp, the game can be finished faster than with the Level 8 Warp.
Oh. my bad. I underestimated that one. And i finally figured out (yeah, it took me 20 years) that i could just freeze that nasty fish in level 22 ... If only i manage to reach that point with a stopwatch in my pocket!
I actually died only once... in the last level when I didn't walk straight onto the dragon.
However, yeah, the time is by no means perfect. I have spent time to get the power ups so that I don't have a problem with the fire spots. There is one guy who played the entire game without any power up... just walking and jumping almost without any braking. However, I am pretty sure he didn't make it in one attempt - problem is that you can save and load with WinVICE and nobody can tell you do. :(
Now I want to make a great time! the only problem is that my c64 (still working!) is in my holidays-home and I have to work now! But I will try...Moreover thanks to your video I'll have no problem with the secret passes...I think I wouldn't have remembered them!

you missed the wrap block in level 6, just after the bomb power-up ... but nice performance anyway ;)

I think this record it's not unbeatable...you died several times in your effort, therefore it's possible to do better.

Well, there is a warp block in Level 6, too. But it seems not to work in my version. :(
I do think that using that one going from 6 to 9, it could be done even faster.

That's the water drop. Note please that if you take the bonus after it (should be extra life), the water drop is no longer active.
