The music here is beyond inaccurate. You could have done Bauhaus "Bela Lugosi's Dead", the most cliche' yet accurate goth anthem which would be infinitely more spot-on.
Can you really put a label on "Goth"? I'm 39, I wear all black, all the time, but I prefer black T-shirts and black jeans. I don't follow any kind of "scene". I am dark, by nature, but I'm enjoying it. I look more like a roadie for Ozzy Osbourne. Lol. I think self-expression is key. Just be yourself.
Cant make a goth documentary. Every goth person has their own documentary to tell. Goth lives in the minds of the people who experience it and associate with it. A history of popular music doesn't show the hatred for society, all the broken hearts and angst filled poetry that is so much a part of what goth is.
This documentary has nothing to do with gothic music.Where are the post punk,deathrock,catcave and darkwave bands?All I see are mainstream metal and rock bands.There is history of facts,not people with their own omited history.

Sisters of mercy, fields of the nephilim, mission, early CULT, dronning maud land, vendemmian, corpus delicti, london after midnight, march violets, red lorry yellow lorry, rose of avalanche, christian death, dreadfulk shadows, love like blood, nosferatu, faith and the muse, virgin prunes, roseta stone, garden of delight, suspiria. That is gothic rock. You seem to confuse it with goth-metal/hybrids.
I applaud you (assuming you are the creator of the video). You obviously are knowledgeable of the scene and the culture part of what gothic is. Only thing you might want to look into would be gothic music, neither Lacuna Coil nor Evanescence belong under the goth subgenre, they're just common misconceptions along with CoF and Marilyn Manson. Kudos for the open-minded people in Pakistan.
Stupid..! No genre labled "metal" is part of the gothic subculture. We, goths, listen to gothic rock and gothic punk; NOT "opera metal, black metal, gothic metal" etc!!! LEARN FFS.
i`m sorry dude but, not because you don´t listen to black/death/doom/gothic metal.....and ofcourse gothic rock,gothic punk,old school goth rock......and more kind of music that gothic people listen to such as darkwave,industrial(electronic), classical music, synth pop,etc.......
you do realise clothing doesn't dictate what a band is;Some of the best actual Goth bands either refute the name Goth or wear pinks and reds on stage.
Goth is universal and beautiful this world needs to tune in and drop dead. R.I.P. Rozz.
