  • 40 mins? fo real? Seems I got my work out fucked up, do bout three different exercises per musclegroup and 3 sets 6 reps per exercise, and do 2 muscle groups per workout, at the gym for bout an hour and a half, and then I take a powerwalk for bout an hour <.< that no good at all?

  • I went from 5x6 to 4x7 on the same weight and can't believe how I was cheating myself into thinking I was stronger. I may drop back to 3x7-12.

  • Solid advice. After years of experimenting and back-tracking, I came to the same conclusions. For naturals, "less is best." Regarding reps, 10-12 reps seems to work well for strength, size and helps minimize injuries. Also, no isolation bicep or tricep work. For me, over-trained/fatigued arms detracted from the big ticket compound movements. Arms grew just fine with all the indirect work.

If you are skinny and have fat around your cheeks , its because the muscle in your jawbone is not fully developed. the best why to help them develop alot faster is work out that muscle, This can all be proper done by SUCKING MY DICK!

  • I dont know how u guys argue about cardio.

    I say, cardio puts your calories away.

    When it comes to bulking, you have to get much more calories than your body's using.

    If you life weights at least 2 days a weeks, you won't get super fat anyway.

    I'm a lazy dude so I never do cardio in builking phrase, but my fat never go more than 15%

    Again, its just advise...you can do &%#%)*&_(&$%

  • I'm going to switch it up and try this, I've been doing compound exercises but doing chest, tri, shldrs, then next day back and biceps, then 2 days rest then start over. Probably overtraining. I lost a whole lot of weight since July down to 148 from 176, with the only cardio from 30 second rests between sets. Also with a pretty clean diet as well.

  • hey guys im skinny as hell and i followed ur advice i been on the benchpress i got at home and my chest,tricepts, and bicepts are fucking sore and i already had my rest day, shall i hit the benchpress again or not? all the equipment i got is benchpress two dumb bells and pull up bar.

  • Sometimes when I'm working out and I've done a good amount of sets for the muscles I'm training that day, I start to feel a little tired. It's a weird kind of tired though. I feel ripped because my muscle are all pooping and whatnot but at the same time I feel like my muscles are just saying "stop". I always ignored that and kept going. Guess I won't do that anymore cause according to you guys that's my body breaking down. Thanks for the advice. Subbed.

If you're using them during your shoulder workout, i bet your shoulders are like tiny! so shut the fuck up and give advise about something you really know..

    Monday chest-tricep

    Tuesday back- biceps

    Wednesday rest/ cardio

    Thursday Legs

    Friday shoulders.

    The compound movements should be done with barbell. Bench press. Military press. Barbell rows. Squats. And deadlift. These r the main movements. Then u can add isolation movements to each of these foundation exercises.

    -- get stronger, with 2-3 sets, in a 5-12 rep range, eat enough calories (U DONT NEED TO EAT 6 MEALS PER DAY), get at least 8 hours of sleep, 9 and 10 are better....

    I started at 150lbs at 6'1", and recently pulled 600lbs

  • Good stuff guys i'm about to subscribe. You answered a lot of the questions i was looking to get answered when i logged on here. A few extra side notes for your viewers obuncing the bar off your chest not only makes u look like a dummy it can make you heart stop. Also over working out can cause rhabdomyolsis.

  • You muscles need 48 hours to repair, so you can workout a muscle every other day. 7 days rest!! thats just crazy. You need muscle memory to help increase you overall strenght/size

  • this was all really good advice except 10-12 sets? are you serious? i do way more then that. thats good for beginners but you hit a plateau eventually and you have to increase sets. i do 15-20 for major muscle groups 10-15 for little ones. but make sure you rest a lot. and also sleep at least 8 hours a night, and dont rest to long in between sets a minute at the most. i usually rest about 30-45 seconds

  • @ImJJames no its not endurance. i generally aim for 5-8 reps and my strength stays up. i know it sounds crazy. but it works, when i rest for too long in between sets i get lazy and then when i'm lifting i dont push myself as hard. in between exercises i rest a little longer though. a couple minutes.

  • @kartaoniks They just said it in the video.. Its fine if you do that.. You should mostly be doing compound movements but if you want to hit your muscle a little harder you can do an isolation exercise in the end to burn it out a bit.

  • I have question? I workout for 8 month and gain around 30 lbs of weight (include muscle and fat). The thing is, I did 12 sets on chest and 6 sets for triceps. I did see a good gain? do you think I should keep this routine or going less sets?

    For example, 9 sets for chest and 3 sets for triceps?
