Is "Faccia A Faccia" available on DVD? I have all of Leone's greatest Spaghetti Westerns in my vast collection, and I've seen a lot of others. But this one, which was not directed by Sergio Leone, is one I have been dying to see!!
Think I had collected most of the American "sexy horror" comics pictured here (Warren, Skywald, etc) back in the 70s. It seemed a natural progression for a teenager who was outgrowing Marvel's four color epics and the reprint heavy FAMOUS MONSTERS of FILMLAND to move on up to Frank Frazetta, Ken Kelly, Sanjulian, Estaban Moroto, and the other sexy B&W comic magazines.
is it possible to de flag videos?? I mean there is really nothing wrong with this vid. The pictures aren't very shocking. And people don't watch this vid for the pictures. They listen to the music.
If this video contained violence, people getting shot, etc. it would not have been flagged. But sexy women! Whoever flagged this creeps me out...Great song, of course.
...of the video having nothing to do with the movie and the music.
The music is suppose to suggest different themes, images, settings, imaginery, etc.
Why was composed for that movie otherwise?
I'm just thinking this slideshow is driving the attention away to the original composition spirit. It's about epic more than sensuality or anything else. Nothing sexy about shooting each other in the desert. lol :)
Understand what UR saying but it's a good mash up anyway...it works.....of course, the music is the thing.....one of the greatest Italo Westerns BTW!!
I love Morricone's music, but the choice of visuals was a bit strange. Vampirella is the last thing that comes to mind when I hear these Italian western tunes.
I had the very first subscirption to Vampy, as she was called at Warren. Frank Frazetta was her creator and I grew up fantasizing over this horror icon as a young teenager.
I love this video, is the first song from one of the man with no name movies, or once upon a time in the west. I love sergio leone movies, partly because of the music. I also love comics, so all the info at the side about vampirella is awesome, thanks!
Both songs are variations from the "Face To Face" (a.k.a., 'Faccia a Faccia') soundtrack. It was another italian western from 1967 by director Sergio Sollima. Look up the film's title on Wikipedia or 'imdb' to learn more. Thanks for the support!
Great music, but you deserve credit too for the lovely visuals!

Try out a new channel on YouTube called "Morriconerocks". It covers all ranges of his music with no subjective distractions.

It's funny that you mention that because I found your video through his. :)
In any case, thanks for the suggestion.
