  • @t0nno So right!!!!!!!!

  • Just after he talks about a plane crash you can here a plane flying...

  • Amazing man

  • Imo Bill is slefish. Hes got 60bil whats he gana do with it? If i had 60bil ide donate half of it to the poor, who have no food and no clothes and have to walk miles everyday to get water thats dirty and filthy.

  • @wazup3333 You're a fucking ignorant prick. Research what he has done, he donated more than 30 billion dollars. That's more than 1/3 of his money. Have you donated that much to charity? Check your grammar and spelling while you're at it dumbass.

  • @lhrmeonomtake a chill pill

  • All these socialist wall street fag fuck off bill gates fucking idiots just want his money cuz there mad he make something out of his life unlike them working at McDonnell's for 40 years.

  • All these people wipe their asses with Benjamin's.

  • Hi Bill Gates,

Just dropped by to get some of your good hero vibes.

It's so comforting to see people like you in the world who truly care! You inspire me to share, also ... though I don't have money, only words.

  • 4:00 :D Women at back. In part 1 she was laughing her ass off...

  • @frankpussy and I bet she was little embarrassed in the beginning of part 4 of this speech :D

  • <3333

  • Problem: Capitalism

Solution: Quit Capitalism into better System

Impact: Cure inequity, rid the rich of their money power and priveliges.

What do you think Mr. Gates?

What? Why is it a bad idea? Hey dont run away!!!

  • @t0nno He donated more than 26 billion dollar in his life.(Forbes list) That is +- one third of his money. How much have you donated for charity?, probably not a lot, so don't talk like about him.

  • @Thekes10 How much have you?

  • @simplejack1122 To start off, I am a student, so I don't have much money left for others. Despite that I still donate 1/5 of my earnings a year for charity (Not a lot, I know but that's all I have). My father made donations every year for the last 30 years even though he has a stressful job.

Anyway, your question is quite inappropriate, because I never criticized those not donating, I just mentioned that no one has the right to judge someone who donated 26 bllions, no one.

    How much have you? ;)

  • @Thekes10 less than bill gates, but still up there.

  • @t0nno He has done more for poverty than your entire neighbourhood can do in their lifetime. But if you feel better about it by silently protesting in your chair, then go ahead.

  • @t0nno Capitalism is not the problem but a tool to either make it worse or like Bill Gates make the world a bit better.

  • @SpeedFleXXX

Capitalism no more is our tool. We are the tools of capitalism, just havent noticed yet. Capitalism is like an AI, programmed to make profit by all means. Capitalism knows no human moral, nor sympathy. It can not feel. Event worse: the programmers forgot the "self-preservation" line in the code, so capitalism is going to destroy the world in order to make profit and whilest doing so causing suffering for us and the world. We merely gasoline for capitlism. Capitalism is Frankenstein

  • @t0nno and by programmers you mean humans, which is exactly like any program, they are just tools and it depends on the person using the tools on what they do with it. If the AI was really programmed to make profit by all means it would also know that once the world is destroyed there will also be no more profit so by your theory shouldn't the AI not want this?!

  • @SpeedFleXXX

we no longer do anything with it, it does everything with us. and it is opportunistic. if its profitable to mine the heart of the world and sell it, it will do so, it doesnt care about long-term effects. This is most-evidently manifesting in the exploitation and devastation of the rain forest. Capitalism will be our demise. We have to put up a system which will in the first place cure the damage of the preceding capitalism and then keeps the necessary balance in of this world.

  • 5:24 I definately would tap that

  • Bill has donated so much money to charity ;D

  • "I believe we have more caring than we know what to do with." ~ Bill Gates

    I agree!

  • ... And I continue here, by presenting my conclusion: let's try to follow that road, no matter what direction it would carry us, that would eventually lead us to helping others.

  • He is a good man

  • Comment removed

  • He's right of course... BUT.. The woman yawning behind him demonstrates that JK Rowling has a better grasp on the Youth of today.. And Me.. zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

  • @diees I can't think of any super hero names but, yeah he is very similar to bruce wayne, he just needs some martial arts training or build an iron man suit and then he's ready :)

  • I wish we could end world hunger and poverty in our lifetime...

  • Am I the only one who thinks he sounds like kermit the frog? But everything he is saying is the truth. We have so much more power to help people live. I like how every part(1,2,3,) has less and less. See, people can't FACE the problem. The first step he talks about before identifying it.

  • He is what humanity should be.

  • I bet Bill Gates is also a vigilante like batman, with all the money he has plus his big heart

  • Harvard just got pwned.

  • I wish Bill Gates is the US President.

  • 1:00 it seems like no one is listening. That is sad.

Those who are seeing this, please. Change the world!

  • I heard Mr. Bill Gates say "Creative Capitalism" & "Optimistic" - I think Mr. Bill Gates is the Greatest Human on earth today, and I pray in God to bless him, with powers to achieve "Creative Capitalism". If Humans can organize themselves then the human society will Prosper and Thrive with equal Quality of Life for every Human Being.

  • @Radheevar With all due respect, the perfect society is communism. Jus' Sayin'.

  • the audience are callous bastards

  • Check out the chick at 3:58 she is all about getting this shit over! She leans out just to let the cameras know that this shit doesn't make scene!!!! of course you got you college news paper boy trying to pay attention after that....

    STFU money mongrel

  • check the girl out behind bill gates yawning... she is like cmone already!!!!, your shit is getting old!!!!

  • look at the woman standing behind Bill at 4:01

  • I am listening!

  • With the iCloud from Apple, microsoft, bill gates and the clown ( steve ballmer) are screwed

  • People get bored easily. His speech was nice though. Things just fell into place Tim Berners Lee and his researching code, Email, the internet and the computer came together all at the same time.

  • lol @3:56 the woman in the background is being serious all the time and then bill mentions sofisticated technology like a new drug and all of a sudden she makes a weird move *~*

    xD

btw. first part has two million views, second part has half a million and this one has only half of the prevoius ammount which is rather pathethic and an act of hipocrit(s).

i'm watching the whole thing, c'ya

  • Daaaaam, with your millions take some speech classes; pitch, power, pace, audiance contact,etc... Boring ass

  • @Schlagkraft91 there's actually 20 more minutes and 4 more parts. just saying.

  • Bill Gates is my hero. Why can't more people be like him?

  • folish people thinking that he will teach how to make money,,, ¬¬´

  • lol at the lecturer (?) yawning behind him.

    "~~smile~ur~on~candid~camera~~~"

  • Gates all the way..!!!

    xD

  • instead of a democracy why don't bill gates become president, then have him choose the next president, vice versa? Bill gates will make a much wiser choice than us.

  • Just imagine how the countries economies will suffer thanks to having millions of more babies surviving in those poor countries where family planning is not a priority. It's like upsetting the balance of nature. Solving one problem just causes another to pop up. What about the cost of feeding and educating all those people, not to mention finding jobs for them without an education. The money could be better spent helping people in this country and curing social ills. Free college for all US.

  • lol this is funny. look at the view from part 1 to this, 1.9m- 552k, 272k... people just keep loosing interest lol as he said himself 0:29

  • its sad all those rich, overprivileged, and quite frankly "smart" kids yawning and just sitting through the speech

if they actively listened they could have come up with an idea or invention to help bill in this not too far out dream

  • Gates all the way!!!!!!!!!!

  • half the people are really thinking, "holy shit, I saw Bill Gates." the other half is thinking how to exploit further of the rest of the world with their elite Harvard degree. How many are really thinking: "help the poor, share my power with the underprivileged."

  • @rainj0305 Great comment and so true. Its amazing how many people you meet that would exploit people for their own success and how little really care about others.

  • @rainj0305 Harvard grad tend to exploit the world (Meg Whitman) , but Harvard drop-out love to be a philanthropist. (Bill Gate, Mark Zuckerberg etc)

  • @rainj0305 so...do u have a solution? genuis :/?

  • @rainj0305 its a shame that your comment has so many likes i don't think that that is the case at all

  • @kestral1135

    have you looked outside lately?

  • @kestral1135 Oh really... and how many people, politicians, and business people do you think actually care about helping the poor? Where is your evidence?

These people in the audience are more than likely the kind of people who's only motive is self-interest, so rainj has a valid point.

  • @rainj0305 That's exactly what I thought. I'm sure most of the people there don't give a 3 shits about the people suffering from despair around the world.

  • @rainj0305 It would've been better if the cameramen did not focus on the lifeless faces of the audience. Then, your comment would be unwarranted. The truth is you're 99% correct. It's sad.

  • que desubicada la estudiante que esta hablandao por celular

  • The First part of his speech really catch every persons attention but the second and 3rd part its a bit boring.I do really admire his efforts in saving million of lives but on how he DELIVER his speech is not that we could say very ENTERTAINING.His good in Developing software but not good as a PUBLIC SPEAKER...overall his a good person who has a big HEART!

  • its good bill gates is talking about it but no one can change inequality. its true u can try your best, u can convey it to others but the main thing that gates is forgetting is that not everyone is same. some ppl listen through one ear and take it out from other. u can help other ppl out, be an example to others but still it would not matter. look at the whole picture. bill gates and warren contribute so much to charity. they make a difference (yeah) but overall does anyone care. No. Do u?

  • trump for president!

  • @07aku41if3 I know! They actually get to be closer to the god that is Bill Gates than many of us ever will be.

They should have all been on the edge of their seats and taking freaking notes!

  • Provide care to all.

  • his point is good but his speaking skills are a little weak...he fails at keeping his audience entertained and keeps speaking in monotone..

  • @slave2thecanvas

He succeded in gaining their attention in the beginning but once he started on the more serious issues he just lot it...

By the way i disagree with you that every thing should be fun and jolly...the topic he was disscussing was a very serious one and the students as clearly seen were least interested in social welfare...

  • admirable thoughts

  • haha every time they pass a shot of the crowd i see an asian

  • Yea so far it's all about how people should handle or deal with problems, mostly medical problems, and in the end just for life saving....It's typical problem but i hate one thing is that how he is concerning the world (WHY do we always have to give a shit about anything which is happening outside of this county, and it is NO threat to us?) I say FUCK IT, we save them and one day we see one of them HIJACKING a PLANE and killing million people of OURS.

  • @SwornReaper That was quite possibly one of the most ignorant comments I have ever read. Open your eyes, read a book, and, just for once, think for yourself instead of swallowing everything this society feeds you.

  • @faceownddd I may not know you, but you have gained massive amounts of respect from me for your comment towards SwornReaper, there are far too many ignorant people in the world today who simply jump on the bandwagon without realizing what the issue truly is.

  • @faceownddd yes, society feeds and also brainwashes but they just don't realize it's happening to them.

  • @SwornReaper

Killing millions of your people....Frm what i remembers what they killed were a couple of thousand and what you did to them was in the millions....

    Dude get a real life....

  • @Anitrex4Anitrex My point is that there is no such a thing equity in human races, yes! There are races and there are differences. One could worth 100 or even 1000 worthless lives. Get it!?.

  • @SwornReaper

Yes perfect equity is unsustainable,,i agree...it would be a utopian world if it somehow sustained!!

Anyway that dosen't mean that we shoudn't try to reduce inequality as much as practically possible...

Now if u r of a racist or an elitist ideology then ur opinions might differ!!

  • The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation bought some 500.000 shares in Monsanto last year.

    Hmm, isn't that interesting?

  • @steveperryfan14ever

    Whats so wierd about it..??

Instead of giving direct donations maybe they preferred capital contributions!!

Anyway the ultimate goal is welfare or atleast thats what it is supposed to be..

  • where all just fuken sheep. and death will be a blessing to a thinking mind. To bring new life into this world is selfish and fuked. Pattern of breeding. Birth death birth death birth death. Same ol shit. Time goes bye like a fuken fly. Depression is the truth and if u cant handle the truth take an tablet.

  • Prevention is better than the cure.

People must avoid or stop risky behaviour.

Surrender to complexity and quit is worse.

  • @hekk100 people keep breeding and ignorance is bliss. if we save the babies we createmore population that will in the end kill all the population and moreso all the wilderness and wildlife. Extiction rates are disgusting. Bill just got lucky.

  • If Bill is this compassionate, he needs to be more political. He needs to deal with people like Murdoch.

  • Gates is doing his part in favor of the poor, I'm also doing mine. He's got lots of money, I've got a little. I don't care, I do my part, because it is not in the economic amount, but in the love one puts in it.

  • Bill Gates is doing his part with the poor, I am also doing mine. He's got much money, I've got a little. I don't care, I do my part.

  • not that I'm against this speech, I was hoping he could connect more.

  • 比爾蓋茲華倫斯!王比爾蓋您老師

  • Thumb up from Poland

  • 那是我的聲音!你不是那種聲音的啦!對不對筆比蓋茲

  • 哈哈哈比爾蓋阿芳

  • he's my idol

  • They came to hear a rich man speak so they could learn about how he became wealthy, the last thing they expected him to talk about was love. Perhaps it's his compassion and willingness to love others that truely makes him wealthy, if that were the case I think most people would prefer poverty. It's amazing how many people stopped watching this video after the first part.

  • @RightKnight21 Some people speak spanish like me, so they can´t fully understand every word. So they quit after part 1 ^^

  • @RightKnight21 LOL fail, thats the way things are on all vid's on youtube..

  • @RightKnight21 great words

  • @RightKnight21 jesus christ you're damn right dude, it's in the statistics !!! unbelievable!

  • @RightKnight21 Just remember that most of those people talking about loving others, mellow human hearts, awaken social consciousness, and making all efforts to right the injustice of life, firstly took good care to be named in Fortune Magazine. It's only after they had fulfilled their enrichment purposes, they gave themselves time to think about the others less fortunate. And this is not a bad thing at all. It's hard to help others in a decisive way, when you haven't found your path in life yet.

  • @mitroiano I agree, it is difficult to help others when you have not found your own path, I can also see how a man like Gates might want to use his money to purchase the praise of mankind. It may have been more profound and genuine if he'd given his money away in secret, then his sincerity would be above reproach. Even so, he worked hard to earn his money, and he should be commended for giving it away, even if our praise is his only reward. Thanks for replying to my post

  • @RightKnight21 He made his charity public to invite other billionaires to follow his example. Many have. I think that's part of the Gates Foundation mission.

  • @eastariel He sets a good example, standing up as a leader encouraging others to give, it is a good thing. I like his speech.

  • @RightKnight21

Me too. Bill and Melinda Gates are two of my heroes.

  • LOL that is so fucking true , those bastards are ignorant as shit

  • that lady behind him seems quite hot

  • he have a funny voice... and good idea for speach... but he promoting vaccination- thats mean he like rockefelers " cut-population" plan...

  • @07aku41if3

Agreed. These are the ignorant assholes who, probably later tonight will have a late night party, get high, and get a bunch of women there pregnant with our next generation of idiotic children who, for some reason half of them say "Fuck it" to education and start hanging out with their bros or girlfriends late at night. Then come to the school board with their parents and ask for help. Help that probably NOONE decades ago could ever have. Life is a bitch, they need to learn that.

  • I wish we could have a structure that cares about the world society on the whole. The anarchical structure based on the relationships between sovereign nation states do not satisfy our needs today.

  • this is heart. Cheers.

  • its not that the subject was boring but he just made it so boring.......

  • bill is talking about waste

  • And 18 people are idiots.

  • Microsoft will never be open source and I don't care. I am more than happy to pay for Microsoft software. Wait, I am OVER THE MOON to. Sure, I use Linux sometimes but my primary OS is Windows and I love it and I love Bill Gates (not in a gay way).

  • This might be the best algorithm billgates has written.. Algorithm to soving inequality! I am sure he is proud of MS, but truly, you need to be more than just a software enigneer for work like this... Or he is just going for the nobel prize now..

  • What a boring speech, he could learn of Steve Jobs @ Stanford in 2005

  • @RyuHanamichi Just watched it, I think you have them backwards. Gates speaks on changing the world, improving it and bringing about new eras that we have never before imagined, while steve just told stories about his success and failures, with no real message other than to live your life in the moment, and let destiny take care of the rest, which is what most people do and fail. He got lucky, but that doesn't change how he is only looking at now, while gates looks forward.

  • He's a fucking genius.

  • @trublesum554 You should watch TED, he was on it explaining what he is doing for malaria and schooling, it truly is amazing.

  • He expects to share the solution but he doesn't want microsoft to be open source!!!!

  • @ksheriffdeen if microsoft would be open source, then bill gates won't have the money to help those poor people/children on other countries.

  • this speech is amazing. i am so glad bill gates chose such a good topic. he will go straight to heaven, he is a great man.

  • Bill Gates: End-of-Life Care vs. Saving Teachers' Jobs

the lovely bill gates advocates eugenics etc copy the above search and listen to this

also you can rid people of malaria within 4 hours (spontanious remission lol) using chlorine dioxide which the guy who discovered this called jim humble wrote to the bill and melinda gates trust and the world health organisation to declare his findings but they didn't want to know search jim humble camelot project. by the way i am a researcher

  • Love it. Too bad he left Microsoft. But, he's a successful, grown man and deserves to live his life comfortably. I'm still bummed though, lol.

  • nice video bill gates is a true philanthropist and protagonist.I Hope every business man in this world should follow his footsteps.

  • The guy is a far left liberal... I rather like that.

  • @Theblizzardking liberal, yes, but far left? He's a free market capitalist, which is right not left, but also a rational and moral humanitarian, and not crazy religious. I can see how that may be confusing considering the politics of two-party system in the US, f.ex. with the huge difference to the T-baggers.

  • @gulllars How is wanting to make money on the political spectrum? And if it is, he supports regulation over Wall Street and supports President Obama's economic plan, along with the health care reform.

  • Wow. Do you all notice that the audience of the speech was fidgeting and yawning at this point! What the hell, ignorant bastards.

  • @07aku41if3 they only enjoyed it when he was dissing harvard lol

  • @07aku41if3 the views are getting less and less too with each part of the whole clip

  • @07aku41if3 It's called lack of interest as time goes on. Seriously, when you're graduating, all you care about is getting your diploma and the parties afterward. You're not focusing too much on the speech because, honestly, you're just plain BORED. It's human nature to be bored with something like that. I was this way at my graduation, and we didn't have any special speakers. Hell, even if we had, I probably would've gotten antsy too. Think about it. Seriously.

  • @07aku41if3 - cause Bill has a really annoying voice unfortunately - it's hard to listen to it for a longer period of time :|

  • @07aku41if3 like he is gona die in the next month

  • @07aku41if3 Typical american..

  • @07aku41if3 yeh because there all old and they're all like who the hell is this old computer guy?

  • i'll be damned ....i never thought i'd say this....but i like what is saying. Equality n capitalism in the same boat ....whoa. And i get to hear this from none other than the creator of windoze ....

  • Gates for president. A leader with a logical and sound mind. Imagine that.

  • go tell this to larry ellison

  • how many parts r there :(
