im a big final fantasy fan so listening to all this music is bringing back good memories and its so hard to choose which one was my favorite because they all are so good and have their own way i love all the story lines final fantasy is the best

Yes I liked FF IX, it is one of my favourite Final Fantasys (In my top 5 of all time). I just didn't really enjoy the OST all that much. There were a couple of good songs and I didn't hate it the music, but there's just no real memorable songs in there for me. So, for that reason, it drew the short straw in my top 20 list.

Good calls. BIG Nobuo Uematsu and Hitoshi Sakimoto fan (Even going to Distant Worlds in November ;D). Good choice on the Final Fantasy 10 tracks, majorly under-appreciated soundtrack.

@AnnatarYoung Thank you :) I agree FFX gets drastically overlooked. Final Fantasy Tactics gets looked over a lot too I find and it's a shame, because it's like the bad seed of the FF franchise and because it's not FF proper (spin off FF's usually aren't as popular) and because the translation was so bad, other gamers just didn't get the music to the story context, such as other FF games in the series.
