Apparently, your "car" has THREE Racing Mods. Also, isn't that the section of track seen while a race loads in arcade, when it tells you the cars you'll race?

@youcantubeittoo Well, it's not actually a car it's just the scenery from the arcade loading screen, it was created so that there was a full 360 degree view of the area when the car being used was loaded on it rather than just using an image. S

Well basically you need either a PS1 or a PSX Emulator and a gameshark device. If you have these ill give you the codes.
