You need to have your zones: Green = Homes. Blue = Shops. Yellow = Factories, you need a Power Plant, and roads connecting everything. That's all you need to see production starting. From there you'll need water.

Place things logically: Want to live next to a factory / Pollution producing Power Plant, or far from stores? Try to keep Pollution separated from the Residents and Commerce. Try Parks &Trees to break up these zones. There's plenty more to worry about. :)

If you already have cydia, you have to install openSSH from it, and you have to download and install winSCP on your PC, so you'll be able to browse the directories and copy any files to your Iphone. Then google for:

"How to add ipa files to your iPhone"

ipa files are apps and games. The first hit is a good guide how to do it.

If you want to download a certain game, just google "(name of game) cracked ipa"
