Sandbox was not placed in the game since they rushed the process. But, there are maps in black and white 2 filefront, where you can download them and they are exactly like sandbox with creature select and towns, most likely, Black and White 3 is where Black and White 2: Battle of the Gods plot ended, is starting.

Im not sure whether or not you can get the tiger as a downloadable add on or not, but you can deffinately get it with the Battle of the Gods expansion pack which has all the original creatures plus the tiger and the turtle
