I enjoy watching your building videos and the site appears to be in Heaven, it is beyond wonderful to look at, however, I have read of non locals in similar communities being forced from their homes by criminal gangs that threatened them if they would not leave, has there been any problems in your area.?
Given a modicum of sense, I would say that Kenya is actually pretty high on the safety scale. Still being somewhat a 'cowboy' country, with a poorly run legal system unless you are funded, it does seem to attract more than it's share of 'lowlife chancers' who invariably manage to overstep in their efforts to accumulate land or whatever. Then the locals get pissed, taking the law into their own hands in lieu of anything better.
Other than that I think it's safer than, say, London.
