hey... i have a problem, when i start x-plane,

after 2 seconds he is closing...look at the crash log:

X-plane is loading the plugins at first, so i think it´s a problem with a plugin. The best way to check this is to remove all plugins from the "resources" folder and restart x-plane.

i dont like that game at all yes it has way better planes and better graphics etc.

but its too difficult to play like it didnt get used to my joystick and it was really laggy

It was laggy probably because you're setting the graphics too high! How does it not get used to a joystick?

i set it all the wayto low

and like wen i put the throttle down the throttle goes up in the game etc.

Go to joysticks and equipment, and the green bar that says throttle next to it, there's a button that says reverse. click that, and it should work well. I had the same problem.
