  • damn i want that shiny metagross...

  • lucky win and a lot of critical hits from both sides. This is why luck can be a big factor in this game and completely turn a battle around.

  • I am a veteran at Pkmn, but still after all this years have this doubt:

If sunny day is active, and a pkmn uses an attack with freezing properties (ice beam, etc) can the opposite pkmn be frozen? (too lazy for searching in serebii.net) thanks in advance ;)

  • omg so dynamic game !!

  • Thumbs up if you noticed the theme was a remix of RSE Champion theme

  • Muddy Water isn't that good. For one thing, it has less accuracy than Surf. Not to mention, it only affects one pokemon(I think) Either way, if you have a pokemon wanting to learn Muddy Water, Stick with Surf

  • nice battle

  • Hey how can you unblock the arena of combats?? N' How did you get those pokemons???

  • Pity that Gengar's STAB moves were physical in 3rd gen, or Swampert would have been felled much quicker.

Did you use any particular EV spread/natures for your team, or have you never heard of EVs?

I did think Ice Beam was a rather curious omission from Blastoise's moveset, but perhaps you had some other strategy in mind.

I've fought a fair few matches against CPU players myself, and while they're not too smart, one or two wrong moves can really corner you, so good job handling this match.

  • @SegaTheGamer

These Pokemon didn't have specific EV sets. They had 100s for five stats and 10s for one of them because I was a newbie to EV training.

As for Ice Beam on Blastoise, I didn't feel like teaching it to him, and just wanted it to be different.

  • Always teach your Water type an Ice move in case you face a grass types.

  • Omg.. Stop ranting on this guy.

  • FAIL!!! You used blastoise against a GRASS POKEMON...

  • @japangotsushi Don't say someone fails if you don't even know how the game works. He couldn't have known she was going to use a grass pokemon first.

  • @Logicinator I know how the game works. How else would i know that Blastoise is a water pokemon?

And this person still kept blastoise in battle even though he is weak against a grass pokemon. He could of changed it to a fire pokemon at least.

  • you've taught me a lot and i've played pokemon for a long time when i was a kid... like i didn't know sunny day puts water moves 1/2 damage

  • retard u had typlosion right there jesus christ

  • @cuneoluis

I didn't want to risk a parahax switch-in if Meganium in case it had Body Slam.

  • @ShadowMario3

Yea thos Switch and Crit hax annoyed me like hell during Colisseum's battle mode and this version's orre colisseum. They always dodged, critted and made the right moves when they needed it xD

Ah well at least it was quite a challenge :P

  • you named your pokemon, doofus

  • @Dubickimus

    And?

  • pokemon colosseum looks fun

  • I never played pokemon Colosseum so maybe it's messed up and retarded but any trainer worth their salt would've immediately sent out a fire type to fight a grass type. Then you could beat Meganium with Typhlosion and reserved Blastoise for for Typhlosion. Or you could have used Gengar to fight all the battles since poison types are resistant to grass type moves and damaged normally by water and fire. Any moves in between Gengar would probably be resistant to since he is also a ghost type.

  • @PlatinumPickled

Yeah, but the computer probably would switch out too, and it would be a long battle. I know what I could have done, but I did what I did and it worked.

  • @ShadowMario3 Is the AI in Colosseum that annoying? In any case whatever, at least you won! :)

  • i love how gengar flaps his arms XD

  • AVOS sends out MEGANIUM!

    BLASTOISE: FUUUUUUUUU-

    AVOS sends out TYPHLOSION!

VOLCANO: Hey snap! We're the same!

    AVOS sends out SWAMPERT!

    VOLCANO: FUUUUUUUU-

  • One thing wrong with that annotation about your typhlosion and muddy water. Typhlosion should of been alive and you could of done some more damage to swampert but muddy water is a ground type move, and sunny day makes water type moves do 1/2 damage, but since muddy water is a ground type, typhlosion died.

  • @kirbyhugger1

Nope. Muddy Water is a water type move.

  • @ShadowMario3 no ur wrong dude but dont go nuts on me im trying to help

  • @darrellthebarrell

Are you replying to me? If so, get a Marshtomp, teach it Muddy Water, and check the move's type.

  • @ShadowMario3 muddy warter is a ground type move

  • @TheAnime4you @kirbyhugger1 @darrellthebarrell

lol, are you three dumbass trolls or something? Check ingame, and you'll see Muddy Water is a water type move. Or you can check Bulbapedia, Psypokes, Serebii, etc. Stop giving Shadow a hard time because you are idiots, XD.

  • @darrellthebarrell hi there professional Water Pokemon trainer, Swampert is my fav. so trust me this one: muddy water= water type

    other source: serebii.net

  • @kirbyhugger1 lol geek? :P

  • Orre

  • Orre

  • does anyone know how to make it so 2 players battle using GCN controllers?

  • @Cass731

You can't do that in Colosseum. You can do that in XD, but with random rentals only.

  • @ShadowMario3 Right thats what is was... lol thank you.

  • dam dude ur fuken garbage XD

  • is it a small blastoise or a huge megnium?

  • wheres blastoises cannons?

  • alright this means trainer RED vs champion AVOS XD

  • the graphics are almost like pkmn stadium

  • ... Did I see a Sudowoodo in the stands?

  • Now that was the clash of the Typhlosions because of the battle with the move Earthquake.

  • stop narating god damn it we know what the attacks do cause we played pokemon before

  • @MegaRandom100

You think everyone knows how Gen III attacks work? No, and if you hate the annotations so much, you could turn them off.

  • @MegaRandom100 not everyone has played pokemon or even heard of it

  • world's smallest balstoise

  • @KRASFA

Indeed. I doubt any of the protagonists are 5'3" or taller. Well, maybe the Gen V one, dunno.

  • Blastoise is too tiny

  • @Linkdarkside lol. yeah it does!

  • shadow ball could helped alot more do to the fact it gets stab

  • @TheRealGreenAutumn: Exept that in generation 3, Shadow Ball is a physical attack, and thus would do very little damage if used by a Gengar.

  • It seems that swampert has a really strong affection for the blues! "Muddy Water" lol!

  • You really were lucky in this match it could ve been way easier if you changed your pkmn at the beginning

  • doesn't sunny day also prevent freezing? if not it should

  • @Wardog261291: No, it doesn't.

  • @wyvern9 shame that

  • I think the flamethrower in this game looks alot better then the ones in XD and PBR

  • y did u keep blastoise in at the beginning?

  • OMG! Earthquake battle. O-O

  • OMG! Earthquake battle. O-O

  • Isnt the music thats playing a remix of the champion theme from r/s/e?

  • @oskitsune

    Yep.

  • Woot Go Typlosion! >:O

  • I might buy this again.

  • Wait, you can breed genderless pokemon with Ditto and get eggs of them? I didn't know that.

  • @yourballsareinert

You can. You just can't get legendary eggs.

  • they could have made a better motions in this game.... to bad

  • ground type owns grass type right? you should have used dig on that meganium then....

  • @sajdsdasio

    Other way around.

  • @sajdsdasio No they Don't

  • @sajdsdasio no it's the other way around, gras is super effective against the ground type and it resists ground type moves

  • @sajdsdasio

You got that the wrong way round, grass types DESTROY ground types

  • heheheh, music brings meh back, and nice skills

  • Gengar with Giga Drain is a good pokemon =)

  • @RandalfElVikingo

That's true, but the low PP doesn't help much.

  • @ShadowMario3 well is all about strategybut i have that move in my gengar and i dont have troubles

  • avos has a pathetic team

  • Damn I love that music

  • the girl u were battle is hot...

  • Nice....

  • Rain dance makes fire moves do 1/2 damage respectively?

  • Hmmm, so what platform is this for Gamecube? Is it like the origionals (well, like Pokemon Emerald) i kinda wanna know i might get it :P

  • i have a lvl 100 typhosion ( i think i spelled the right) and it can one hit kill any pokemon, not to brag

  • @fear1598

Highly doubtful it can one hit ko other level 100 Pokemon like Starmie and Aerodactyl.

  • @ShadowMario3 Aerodactyl, no way he can be Critical KO'd.

  • @vladandrei1000

But Aerodactyl can be OHKO'd by a super effective or OHKO move.

  • @ShadowMario3 Like Mike Tyson's OHKO' punch?

  • @fear1598 Dud the level 100 tournament 2nd round champion IS INSANE

  • Battle Mode was hard, very hard, but nice too =]

    Though they are cheaters >.>

Really, they always got the crits when they need them or they survive it with a lil bit HP left, instead of OHKOing them. Well it was nice anyways =]

Unfortunately Battle Revolution doesnt got trainers like this hard. Colosseum had the strongest trainers. And nice vid anyways =]

  • @xTheLemon i find the masters battle set 6-8 really hard

  • is that pc game right?

  • no gamecube

  • How you get all those POKéMON?!?!

  • IT'S SUPER EFFECTIVE!

  • Of course I won by luck. Most Pokemon battles are based on that, especially this one, where both Quick Claw and Focus Band worked out for the opponent, and I got some crits and confusion helping me out.

And the reason to post this? There were no other Orre Colosseum battles (in Pokemon Colosseum) on Youtube (to my knowledge), so I decided to upload this.

  • But why was your Critical Hir Ratio so damn high?

  • @Smartboy7

Dunno. Just luck. I was quite surprised at the one for EQ, but then it got ruined by the FB...

  • FB?

  • Focus Band.

  • @Smartboy7 facebook

  • Why not use a fire type against him?

  • I dont have the game but i think its much nicer to see themfight in tath game then in the NDS/GBA games (but I like the NDS/GBA games because I dont have it on the wii)

  • ok i dont have this game so i have some questions

1:does this game have rental pokemon?

2:do u get to choose your character?

3:can your fire red pokemon be in this game?

4:is this mutiplayer and can u battle with them?

5: for the story mode what do u do?

    6:is this worth buying?

  • 1. Sadly, no

    2. For Story Mode, now. If you register one of your games in Battle Mode, yeah

    3. Yeah

    4. Yeah, you have to have 1, 2, 3, or 4 GBAs AND GBA/GCN Link Cables, and GBA games

    5. You snag Shadow Pokemon and purify them. They are mostly Johto Pokemon, like the Starters and Legendary Beasts. Once you beat the game, you can trade them over to your GBA games.

    6. Yes, especially if you rally want some Johto Pokemon to fill up your Pokedex.

  • this game was the shit and still is they need to make more lol

  • ...I liked it...

  • who dosent like it this game is the shit!

  • Oh...I thought you said that "this game is shit". Whoops.

  • very nice vid i didnt now sunny day makes water attacks 1/2 damage?

  • why blastoise first or you didn't know that she'd send out maganium first

  • Yeah, you never know which one they will send out first. It's always random.

  • i wish i could be strong like you.....but it will never happen sigh.......

  • i wish i had pokemon colossum

i wounder wer i can download it for pc

  • u need a gamecube emulator and the rom for it

  • :O < < < <

  • Comment removed

  • i am the cmpion master in colosseum..lol in dounle and single my team i so powerful than i never loss one battle...lol my team beat everybody here

  • lies

  • @Mxylbobator hey is true im the champion and thank for ditto you can have a egg of blastoise..hey if you think im not the big master ....we can try to have a battle..if colosseum cant beat me...i think you cant too..im so powerful....lol

  • dude last time i heard that lie some1 challenge that person and he was a noob and got killed in a battle no 1s gonna believe so stop putting pointless lies

  • @darkdragoon1000 hey is true....every pokemon i have beat colosseum very easy...colosseum is not powerful like you think...only you need to have the right pokemon for get the victory....

  • @darkdragoon1000 and i dont need to explotion,,,for won,.,,,,ok

  • You're a noob. Just get over the denial.

  • @Mxylbobator HEY WHAT KIND OF BATTLE DO YOU LIKE

  • Legit battles where people don't hack and try to make themselves pompous.

  • @Mxylbobator nice ...me neither..lol sometimes i know people have alot shinny pkmn ..and i asked where do you find the kind of pkmn in gba..lol

  • There are shiny hunters out there, so I would not be surprised to the shiny Pokemon.

But you proclaiming yourself as "i am the cmpion master in colosseum" and "lol my team beat everybody here " is very immature indeed and everyone knows that (you being the best) isn't the truth.

  • lol...yeah i said that because too many people think they are master ...i know not body cant be master....but i have very powerful pokemon ..can win or can loss---my key is my pkmn have the maximun stast by EV.....lol

  • i try to get some shinny but that is very hard to have in gba,,lol you can tell me how

  • You're arguing over somebody being the master at pokemon yet you're calling him immature for even saying it, what has the world come to.

  • nice battle and cool with the annotians its like you were teaching new players the moves and how to fight great battle 5/5 stars!

  • well done1

  • good fight

  • From FR/LG obvosly

  • were did you get blastdise?

  • @mrnnoe you can make your blastoise..have a egg ..with ditto..and is all

  • Haw Haw! Owned as always!

  • Comment removed

  • No, it's the Champion theme from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

  • can you play these games on the wii??

  • yeah

You can play gamecube games on the wii :)

  • can you also do that thing were you trade pokemon or something like that on the wii?

  • I'm not sure.

    I've never tried.

  • Yeah. You can. You just need a GBA/SP, a GC-GBA link cable, a controller, memory card and Pokemon Colosseum game.

  • well i think it can cause the cable fits in a gamecube controller port so try it out i think it will work

  • Is this the last colossuem? I'm just curious.

  • i love suprer trainers girl

  • supertrainer avos

  • how do you get to the Orre Colosseum in Pokemon Colosseum?

  • A well-explained video. Nice battle!

  • Pokemon XD is a game shock-full of Pokemon with rare moves. But if you want to get all of these wonders to your Diamond, Pearl or Platinum version you have to trade them to a third gen game using the Game Boy Advance / Gamecube cable to connect the GBA to the GC.

  • Haha, yeah. I love using some of those Pokemon (Baton Passing Rapidash) in wi-fi battles and surprising some people with that. But my favorite thing out of that is you can teach Snorlax Selfdestruct.

  • how to get that colosseum?

  • y did u use blastoise to meganium

  • Why would you *NOT* teach a Blastoise Ice Beam? It's a great counter against grass types. :S

  • mayby his blastoise was physical and it didnt have enauth sp.attack to pull off an effective ice beam

  • what should i buy pokemon colosseum pokemon battle revolution

or poke xd gale of darkness i cant decide plz help

  • In my opinion, I think you should get Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. The story line is good similar to colosseum but battle revolution is horrible in my pov since you only battle battle and MORE battling which gets boring to a certain point. Hope I helped=)

  • buy pokemon xd if u want lugia zapdos moltres articuno dragonite salamence and a lot more dont buy revolution. buy colloseum if u want raikou entei suicune tyranitar metagross ho-oh and other but there isn't as much as xd so it's up to u

  • Pokemon XD has a lot more Pokemon available to catch, and a bunch of them are Kanto Pokemon. Every Shadow Pokemon has a unique special move that can't be obtained in any other game (even in Gen IV).

Pokemon Colosseum's Shadow Pokemon are main Johto Pokemon, some of which are pretty helpful.

PBR is just battling, with only some event Pokemon, and can be fun with friends who have the Gen IV games.

In the end, I'd say Pokemon XD due to its better Pokemon but Colosseum is pretty good too.

  • xd also has hoen pokemon

  • where did you find hydro cannon?

  • swampert....rules

  • 0:45 bad choice... :-P

  • hey dude how do u unlock this colosseum?

  • dude red look so awsome and this game is way better than pokemon battle revolution sure it got better graphic but the attack are stupid looking and it just battle after battle no story line which suck

  • how do you unlock this colosseum??

  • what system is this game for because I have the new Pokemon game Pokemon Battrio

  • i dont know...this is kinda like the same as the nintendo 64 colloseum version, only the graphics are much much better. but its still the same shit, one player attacks, then the other, i hate it. i wish u could say MOVE and move the pokemon somehow with
