I have Camtasia also. Two entirely different ways to use screen capture. uTIPu is for a Quick way to send some one a screen capture video with no editing.
Camtasia is better if you want to make a movie type screen capture. I think you need both, depending on what you are trying to do!
I mainly use it for 2-6 Minute Tutorials. You can get a Pro account which is $ 4.99 a month now and then they don't use the their logo!
It's free to try! The biggest advantage is that it takes almost no time to render and send in an email! Usually under a minute!
It will not take the place of Camtasia or Jing- for a more professional look, but just today I used it to show the Tech guy what my software program was doing wrong!
Whats free forever..no water marks, saves to file. records as long as I want?
