Instead of that camera gear, you could of used a canon 50D with a 17-55mm 2.8, 50mm 1.4, some zooms for yourself but I think a 7D with 24-70L IS USM 2.8 is great, helped me in everything
@classichybrid you can 'hide' the velcro on the main flap to stop it from catching, the compartments are designed like that for easy access - swing the bag round and grab the camera, there are loads of pockets - look at some other reviews and the auxillary hooks might not be your thing but they might be useful for carrying a strobist type light stand, a gorillapod or even a drink bottle.
The 8MDH is too big for most things, the 6MDH is much better IMO.
@Bareeggs Its too big for a shoulder bag, instead of this bag Crumpler's Backpacks are much better in the same size since they don't look so ridiculous.
my eyes burn from the lack of use of lens caps. He pulled the camera with the lens on it out of the bag without a lens cap on the front. Hey PCTV i will be your photographer, just give me a couch and a season pass to PC

1. with all that velcro, i dont see how this is "easy access"
2. i think all the compartments going vertically down is bad design. especially if your lens are at the bottom.
3. no pockets.
4. auxiliary hooks on the side? oh thats right! i can put my carabiners there for when i go rock climbing with it!
conclusion: i'll pass.
