I agree with the exception of SJP. She still stands out and doesn't look like the Hollywood Clone Patrol. Everyone looks so much alike now, it's creepy. Your nose grows as you age, it doesn't get smaller. Poor Paris is the only one whose nose got bigger afterwards - the tip dropped. In order to be "STARS" they have to look perfect, not normal. Unfortunately they don't know when to stop. They end up looking like Joan Rivers. That goatee she shaves off is actually her pubic hair.

It shouldn't be something extreme. Just like Salma Hayek's nose (which isn't clear at 0:18!!!) and Ashlee Simpson's nose and chin reduction @ 0:20 (she does look way better now IMO).
