@spectrober Yea I read they taste like mud, and are very bony, so you don't get alot of meat out of the fish. If you ever see "Silverfin", at a restaurant it's the Silver Carp...but with a tastier name.

The article I read even had professional chefs to try working with it, they all hated working with it, but one was able to make something kinda tasty.

Yes you can. I use the same Fred Bear split-limb that has provided plenty of venison in the past. I replaced it last deer-season, so it stayed my bowfishing rig, but there is no reason you couldn't go back and forth with about ten minutes work. I just added a spool in place of the front stabalizer, and bought some fish arrows. Regarding size, find the bow that works for you.
