Nobody gets MTV hits in the U.S. It's only available in a few cable systems and other countries. MTV is supposed to be the flagship music channel. If MTV played music, then channels like FUSE, Vh1 Classic, Palladia, Great American Country would've never been made to begin with.

People do care about music videos. Something just needs to get the ball rolling.
