Legit network marketers get paid to market an actual product not to recruit people into an illegal marketing program. Can't believe Paul has sunk this low.
Judy L. Hammerschmidt, the ex General Counsel for FHTM, is caught on video a few days ago in California applying for a job as a french fry maker at Burger King. That is definitely a move up for this unemployed attorney and restauranteur. Go Judy Go!
FHTM has 2 class action lawsuits pending, a dozen US AG investigations, C- with Kentucky BBB and no real relationships with the companies they claim they represent. DuPont, GE, Peter Lamas, Travelocity, BSP Rewards Mall and others have dumped FHTM after finding out the type of scam they are running. Not to mention the big buck paid to the top money earners in side deals. No ethics, morals or business integrity. Paul must have taken business lessons from Bernie Maddoff
A 2nd class action lawsuit was filed against FHTM yesterday in California. What an awesome Christmas present to the FHTM legal team. Guess the west coast reps are pissed too...and Isaacs isnt even part of this case.
Fortune Hi-Tech Marketing was just blasted in its 2nd class-action lawsuit filed on 12/22/10 in California from 2010. AG's, reps and lawyers think they are a fraudulent pyramid scheme. The lawsuit may be read at fhtmclassaction dot info.
I guess ALL these companies are scams? Just maybe the American people have become lawsuit happy and want all the money they can get!! I know ALL the Lawyers that file the suits are JUST after the Money!!!!!!!!
Class action lawsuits have been filed against Google, Melaleuca, Pre-Paid Legal,Capital One, AT&T and Apple, Sony, Wal-Mart, Countrywide, Facebook, Zynga, Verizon, Denny's, T-Mobile, Dun & Bradstreet, General Electric, DuPont, K-Mart, Sears, Starbucks Corp
Please do not insult the American intelligence by grouping FHTM into the same category as the companies you mentioned. Many of those major firms screwed a ton of people and paid for it through the American Justice System just like it appears that Fortune Hi-tech will too.
@divabikinis ALL Co. that start making big money are targeted by AGs that want to make a name for themselves! Wait tell the Fat lady stops singing! Then You'll will sing a different tune! Just like Montana when all is said and done it will amount to nothing!
Just in case you are not intelligent enough to understand, Most companies that get suited settle because it is cheaper than taking it to court & less trouble! The government has the deepest pockets so even if you win you Loose!
RICO based class action lawsuit filed against FHTM and all of its National Sales Managers in Kentucky on September 2, 2010 claiming they are an illegal pyramid scheme, just like Montana did in April 2010.

FHTM IS IN FACT A SCAM, JUST NOT A PYRAMID SCHEME, BUT VERY MUCH LOOKS AND ACTS LIKE ONE. you cannot be successful just selling products. you people are just third party vendors
These firms (Verizon, Dish, etc) are NOT PAYING you to sell their products. You are earning a commission for selling the product, which any 3rd party contractor can do. What you are doing is misrepresenting these firms by portraying YOUR COMPANY (FHTM) as some kind of representative for the firm (Dish Network). This is completely fraudulent.
The $300 signup is a scam, but not illegal. The yearly renewal fee is a scam, but not illegal. Your misrepresentation is illegal.
@mkbigmoz its only 99$ hahahahahahahahahahahaha ...ohh and yes they do pay us a residual on the bills being paid ..and Dish started paying us a Commish and a per Contract of 25$ ahahhahahahaha I hope You never have to eat Crow again It tastes like Grease dont it
I don't need a job where I've gotta pay to go to work. FHTM makes most of it's money from the fees they collect from new recruits. The idea is to keep a steady stream of new recruits who pay these fees and also sell some products to their friends and family as "practice". The company makes a killing off of fees and products sold by "employees" that they don't have to pay salaries to, just a very small commission. I got sucked into this exact same ponzi scheme by a little company called Vector.
@jovidman69 You need boots to work at a mill, are you saying you refuse to buy boots for work because you have to put out money? refuse to buy a hammer and saw to be a carpenter?
The $300 fee for joining pays for your website portal and training material.
Pull your head out of your rear and look deeper into things.
enricovictor, u are dead wrong. In 2009 FHTM brought in 125,000 new reps. 125,000 x $299.00= $38 million dollars. the total revenue for the company for 2009 was $600 million dollars. The $299.00 fee to come into the business is only 6.5% of the overall revenue. So You are the one that is busted..and probably broke as well. Get into to this business and it will change ur life financially.
@budman7555 yeah, but 299 + 250 (training fee) + 65 (monthly fee) x 125000 = $76,750,000. Which is 12.7% of their earnings. Thats if the new reps only stay one month!!!! If they all tried the business out for only 6 months then FHTM makes $117,375,000!! There fore 20% of FHTM's income is generated from 1/2 a year of their new employees money!!! I think the numbers speak for themselves, FHTM is a scam. Get out of that business, keep your self respect.
Of course it is a pyramid scheme! Anytime you put money up, in this case $300+, and you get no products in return, that is a pyramid scheme. All the money in this company is made by recruiting others, who put up $300+ for nothing and it keeps going until it gets busted! Terrible company...

Hi, Are you open to NEW OPPORTUNITIES? If so, there's a NEW Biz Op that just launched and it pays $100 residuals on all of your recruits sales. **NO MONTHLY FEES EVER. Here's how it works: Each person you recruit. You get paid a $100 residual every time they make a sale. With one recruit doing 10 sales a month. You will make $1000. :-) If your interested. Checkout my video on my YT channel "mrmarketer01" or call me and let's talk. I'm Gary 1-403-617-6554 So far I made $11,100 with this.
