Actually, it's Otselotovaya Khvatka (Оцелотовая Хватка), known in English as Clawing Ocelot, is a Private Military Company that operates under the Outer Heaven mother company, commanded by Liquid Ocelot. It is based in Russia and utilizes the SOP System, using nanomachines to enhance and regulate their senses. The company's name is based on former FOXHOUND member Revolver Ocelot. From the map presented in the Act 1 Briefing, Otselotovaya Khvatka's headquarters appears to be located in Moscow.

In the MGS4 Database's Relationship Chart, I saw it translated as "Clawing Ocelot."

It's in the background of one of the later entries, so it's a little hard to see.

I lived in russia until I was 9 so my russian shouldn't be bad after 10 years but I've never heard what ocelotovaja(the first word) means.. the second word means grasp.. I guess it's a russian name for MGS...

ocelotovaja must be ocelot, so then the letters at the end must mean "ocelot's grip". thanks man, i should learn the russian language

oh actually, at the last moment it says "ocelotskaya hvatka" in russian, meaning something like ocelot's grasp, although hvatka can also mean the noun form for something like "snag" or "seize". Since both of the fighters are women I'm assuming it's the FROGs that are the russian pmcs. You can't really tell ingame though since they removed the accents in the 3rd and 4th games, and everyone speaks perfect english.

that definately explains the FROGs armor with the claws. also after the ocelot symbol shows up at the end of the video it resembles the helmets worn by the FROGs

I think this resembles the fight between Solid Snake and Liquid Ocelot. Those two women looked like they were sisters and Snake and Ocelot were "brothers".

Now, this commercial puzzles me. The other MGS4 PMC commercials all make sense; Raven Sword is obviously connected to Raging Raven, Praying Mantis to Screaming Mantis, Werewolf to Crying Wolf and Pieuvre Armement to Laughing Octopus (Pieurvre is French for Octopus).

But what the connection with this Russian group? Ocelot perhaps? Hell, I don't ever know what they are called.
